AFTER I gave him my consent to be my boyfriend, he did all the things that he promised to me that day. We exchanged contact, and he would always call me even if he was writing a chapter for his story on his laptop.

He was sweet and would ask me first before coming here to visit me.

“Thank you for letting me rest here with you...” he mumbled.

“No problem, are you hungry?” I asked him softly as I gently ran my fingers on his hair.

There was a ghost of a smile plastered on his face. His glasses were on the coffee table beside him. Rhenzley's eyes were closed. He looked so peaceful and handsome.

“How about you? Are you hungry?” instead of answering me, he asked me back.

I shook my head.

“No, I don't wanna...” he whined, tilting his body from the left.

“Get up, now. You can rest after we eat food,” I muttered. But I only earned a groan from him, as he pouted those pinkish lips of his.

“Okay fine,” he answered.

He got up and stood up as he scratched his neck. Still pouting at me. I did stand up, too. We walk through the kitchen, telling him that he should sit and I'll just cook our food to eat.

I walk towards the fridge to get five eggs. I opened the fridge and picked five eggs from the left side, then I closed the fridge again and went to the counter to get a large bowl and fork. I put down the eggs that I picked from the fridge, breaking them one by one until there were no eggs left. I put some seasonings, too, as I whisk the eggs inside the large bowl slowly before stopping as it is now mixed with the seasonings.

I left the large bowl of eggs and got a pan as well as the oil to heat it on the gas stove. It didn't take long to heat the pan and the oil was looking all bubbly with the small bubbles on it. I picked up the large bowl and slowly put down the eggs that I had whisked.

“You need help?” he asked me from his seat.

“No, thank you,” I responded.

I'm making an omelette for us to eat. I hope he likes it.

I did my work on perfecting this omelette and when I did, I smiled in satisfaction. He only hummed when I said that I was done, he volunteered to help me set the table, so I wouldn't be doing it anymore.

The rice cooker was already on the table. I just needed to put this plate of omelet on the table so we could eat already.

“You need to eat slowly, you'll choke yourself!”

“It tastes good!” he happily said to me.

“It's just an egg, of course it will.” i responded.

I sounded impressed, I would not lie. He likes it and said that it tastes good even though it's just an egg with a sprinkle of seasonings on it.

“Kahit na, for me, this is the best omelet I have ever eaten in my whole life.” he chuckled slightly before he continued to eat his food.

I did eat mine, and my eyes widened when I got to taste the omelette. It is good.

We ate our food until there was nothing left on our plates. We washed the dishes together and went to the couch again to sit there—to relax for a bit since we were full.

He writes two chapters for a moment so that he can update his new story on Wattpad. I let him be. But he would ask me to suggest a scene where the male lead and female lead will meet at a place, or does he have to write a science where the boy betrayed the girl and so on.

When he was done writing, he published it. He even sighed in relief before laying his head on my lap again like earlier. I wasn't uncomfortable at all, it kinda gives me a butterflies in my stomach.

“You have a very wide imagination.” i mumbled.

“You think so? I wrote those stories because of you and my family.” he answered me. His eyes stare at mine.

“Oh... Thanks, that's sweet of you.”

“Only for you.”

We talked on and on, until we decided that we should go out and buy groceries so that there's enough food to be eaten here. He even insists on paying for all of the food that we have to buy.

I can't believe that I have a perfect boyfriend. I thought I won't be feeling romantically towards a guy. But I did, though. I fell in love with him.
