Her bandage

She was fragile, lost in despair
He saw her tears, her sorrow shared.

She was bawling, heartbroken, and worn,
But he was gentle, though his own heart was torn.

She was in pain, and he felt it too,
He became her solace, her heart anew.

He wrapped around her like bandage tight,
Nursing her wounds through the dark of night.

With every change, her healing began,
The wound closed up, but scars remained.

Though the hurt lessened, the memory stayed,
A reminder of love that came to stay.

He hold her close, through joy and strife,
Together they face the ups and downs of life.

The scars remained, but love made them fade,
Their bonds grew strong, through every trail made.
