Once done with all the important discussions Saalar took a little break. He decided to go back to hospital and return the id himself. His pocket was unusually heavy. Even though it only had a little id card it felt heavy to Saalar.

He can not send it back by any of his worker he doesn't want anyone to ask questions. He cannot be seen carrying a doctor's id card he has no relation with.

It was not just about id but also about something he cannot express. He wanted to see her again. He wanted to talk to her again. Dr Nehaal pasha seemed different, different than any other girl he has ever met. She didn't even glance at him like other girls do she didn't close her eyes or stepped back scared like other people do. She was brave she was courageous she made him impress.

In this whole thing Saalar totally forgot about Saahir coming to his office today. He left the office just few minutes before Saahir entered. As soon as Saahir got to know that his brother isn't here he was overjoyed.

Saalar's driver drove him towards the hospital again. Saalar reached hospital and walked towards the reception.

"Kia matlab ha naya ID card register nahi hosakta? I lost my old one!" He heard Nehaal angrily whispering to someone.

"Mam ID loose krne ke atleast 24 hours bad hi nayi ID ka procedure start hosakta ha." The guy replied quietly.

"You do realise this is bull..." She stopped from completing. Her brothers and father must be around here only.

"Mere sessions ha in few hours! For god sake." She snapped and took her phone out.

"Mein lala ko call karahi hu! Don't mind." She glared at the man.

"Excuse me." Saalar called.

"Ap?" Nehaal turned around and asks flustered.

"Can we talk?" Saalar motioned her to come at side. He can not be seen yelling at by a stranger doctor. He was respected man for crying out loud.

"Ji?" Nehaal walked towards him.

"I am sorry miss! Subha apki ID mujhe milgai thi. I couldn't return it in the morning isliye wohi return krne aya hu." Saalar gave the card to her.

"Ye apke pass thi? Apko pata ha mein pichle ek ghante se isse dhunrahi hu?" Nehaal snapped loudly. Saalar's guards moved but he held up his hand.

"Oh sorry sorry! You are a king right? God forbid mene kuch boldia to marjaungi na mein?" Nehaal snapped again.

"Dr Pasha! Don't blow this out of proportion. Mujhe Id mili I came back here to return it. Don't make it a big deal." Saalar snapped back.

"Kitni deair lagti agar ap subha hi ye ID wapis krdete?" Nehaal folded her arms across her chest and asked.

"You do realise ke ye krna mera farz nahi tha? I did it you should be thankful for it." Saalar was losing his patience. She was pretty but she was pretty annoying too.

"Oh I am so grateful sir!" Nehaal said bitterly and Saalar angrily rolled his eyes.

"Nehaal!" A stern voice stopped her dead in tracks.

Dr Bilal Pasha her oldest brother who was heart surgeon in this same hospital walked towards her he heard the most part of the conversation but his eyes widened when he saw her fighting with Saalar Ibrahim Khaanzada.

"Lala." The way Nehaal's tone dropped made Saalar smirk.

"Assalam Alikum Mr Khaanzada! Mein Dr Bilal Pasha." Bilal introduced himself.

"Walkim Salam." Saalar said.

"Ap jante ha inhe?" Nehaal countered.

"Ap nahi jaanti?" Bilal asks firmly.
