I was lying in the hospital bed my head pounding like crazy I could feel that my face was bloated making movement was hard talking itself was difficult for me. I had tubes down my nose that were helping me breath.

Just then a nurse entered and I had to take this as an opportunity, I reached out and held her hand "mam are you going" she asked taking my hand in my hands

"C-Call A-Ace R-Russo, H-help, Ph-Phone P-please" I managed to say out hoping she heard and understood me. She looked down at me confused as she looked down at me incredibly lost she scurried away to get the TV remote.

She switched on the TV and Ace was standing there informing the world I was missing "Oh My God You're the missing girl" she said grabbing her phone dialling the number on the TV.

"Hello I'm Nurse Rodriguez and I'm calling to inform you that I have Carmen Russo right here with me she had a very bad allergic reaction to the Xanax she was dosed with by the kidnappers and I think it's best you come to St Alexander hospital as fast as you can."

"Yes Thank you"

I wave of relief ran through my body at least Ace knew where I was, "Okay I'm going to have to move you to a more private room so they don't get to you, your husband is on his way you'll be safe don't worry" Just then gunshots started going off outside.

There was screaming everywhere and guns going off every second. These people had the whole building surrounded my their men so one could get to me. Police sirens started wailing and the nurse quickly opened the door covering my entire body pushing me out. 

Just then another nurse came and took the bed "Hello nurse thank you so much for your help I'll make sure you get your money after all this drama is over just send your banking details to this number" with that she gave the nurse a paper. and rushed away with me.

"Out of all nights that they could have taken you they had to come on your birthday, you look horrible sister in law Ace is not going to be happy about this"  she rushed me into an empty room that is far from the Russians and commotions outside

 Gun shots could still be heard and I was not getting any better my body was on fire I was sweating like crazy and was on the verge of tears my body couldn't handle the pain I was in.

Just then Ace burst into the room running to my bed "Oh bella there you are come on lets get you out of here" he lifted me into his arms carrying me bridal style and I clung onto him with the last bit of strength I had we left the room going to a part of the hospital we've never been to before he had two men behind him who were walking around us making sure no one is hiding around the corner.

Camilla opened this huge door that lead out and there was an SUV waiting outside. Ace got inside placing me onto his lap turning up the air conditioner.

"Camilla tell Nicco that I've got Carmen and that he must get everyone to safety Our Job here is done, We'll be hiding out at one of our family Villa's I'm leaving you and Nicco in charge of the mafia I'll be back in a few months, Now I have to rush with Carmen she does not look to good"

He shut the door and asked the driver to speed to the Airport "Ace Y-You C-came" I said a with a strain coming in my voice. he kissed me on the forehead and noticed I was still sweating like Crazy.

"Carmen the car is freezing cold how the fuck are you still sweating and you're burning like crazy what did they give you" he asked opening the cooler grabbing a frozen Ice pack placing it on my forehead.

"Ace" I whispered feeling myself lose consciousness once again "Yes baby"

"P-promise me  W-What ever H-happens -y-you'll n-never leave me a-and you'll n-nevr hurt -m-me" my breathing started getting heavy and I clung to him tighter for support. He kept quiet and looked out the window not saying anything to me.
