Chapter 1

The day of....
  Hayley: mom I'm helping this kid Max study for a huge test tomorrow I'll might stay over there.

Mom: ok be good and make sure you get enough sleep I'm going out of town for the weekend.

Hayley: ok mom love you bye

Mom: love you too bye

HAYLEY's POV

I went over to Max's place which was pretty run down and I wasn't looking forward to tutoring him. He was pretty scruffy and smelled like fish I did not like him what's so ever!..

I went up and nocked on the door and he opened the door all I thought was I don't see any parents so that made me a little uneasy.

When I got inside he just stared at me and I felt so uncomfortable!!

MAX's POV

Shes is way out of my league it's not even funny I just kept staring at her I felt like a loser standing next to her.

Max: hey

Hayley: hey ready to study

Max: yeah I guess let's head up to my room

Hayley: ok, if you don't mind me asking where are your parents at I thought they were gonna be here

Max: oh yeah sorry about that my parents had to go to the store they may be a while

Hayley: ok

10 MIN LATER...

Hayley: I'll be right back I have to use the restroom

Max: ok

Hayley's POV
I'm finally out of there for a few minutes. Ok I'll just freshen up a little

I opened the door and he was standing in front of me like a creep it was really weird

Hayley: omg you scared the hell out of me

Max:.....

What was wrong with him all of a sudden he pushed his way into the bathroom taking me with him he turned and locked the door he just turned around and gave me this look and I new I was in trouble.

I screamed to the top of my lungs and tried so hard to get him away from me but there was no use he undid his pants and grabbed me and took a knife out and ripped through my clothes and... And he raped me over and over again.

When he was finally done he just got up and left I just sat there and cried. I decided to leave and I ran right to the door trying to keep my ripped clothes on me.

I'm scared of all the possibilities there are that could happen to me
-pregnant
-std's
-aids
-getting pregnant and having a miscarriage
-he could threaten me

I just sort of limped home trying not to cry to hard

MAX's POV
I did it again why do I always do this and this time I think I'm screwed she was rich and could easily get me locked up

Hayley's POV
I'm home and I completely forgot that my mom was out of town for the weekend, great I'm all alone for three whole days I'm screwed I don't know what to do. !!

I decided to call my mom and try to tell her what happened.

Mom: Hayley are you there I can hear you crying what's wrong sweetie

Hayley: *sniff sniff* mom... He.. He.. He raped me *burst of crying*

Mom: what? Did you just say he raped you

Hayley: yeah

Moms POV
My daughter just told me she was raped I felt like I failed as a mother to let my child get hurt like that and I have no way to get home any time soon

Hayley's POV
My mom told me to skip school today it's Friday I had locked all the windows and doors and ordered a large pizza and rented a movie off of my TV. I really tried to get my mind off of things but it was hard.

Around 4pm ...
*ting* *ting* *ting* *ting*...
My phone was blowing up

Chase: where were you

Lex: so you ditching school now 😁

JayJay: hey where were you today

I really didn't feel like talking to anyone right now so I ignored them

Chase is my best friend she is a silly blonde that is very head strong

Lex is my crazy friends that always acts dumb

And JayJay has been my child hood crush who's just a friend to me right now
