Someone was smirking and someone was sulking this was happening in the hospital room from quiet a long time and other two pair of eyes were looking at them with mentally face palmed.

Siya – " If they would know the reality and why this Junaid behaves in this utter non sense manner, Arth is having his food but why this Junaid needs to make such faces, by no chance i am going to marry him."( She blabbered in her thoughts ).

Siya – Arth, just one more bite, then these meds.

Arth – Siya no way, you have already made me eat food as you are compensating your disappearance years from my life.

Siya – If you are done with your sarcasm then have this, you used to eat food like that their was no tom

Arth was enjoying his food as his Siya was making him devour the same. For whom this feeling of being special for someone became distant long time back, he always wanted to feel special by someone. 

Since childhood having not a good relationship with parents had made him cry every time and then rigid towards his emotions. 

Siya was the one who had dared to break his wall, who had made him desired not the need of someone. 

But her disappearance had broken him to such an extent which he couldn't bear and which resulted him to drown himself in several addiction, he had never broken his virginity for his Siya. He wanted to be of her till his last breathe.

Doctor had already confirmed him that his liver was already damaged for fifty percent and since he was diagnosed with mild depression after her departure from his life. 

But now he just wanted to live this moment with his special one. Randhir was seeing them in awe and was clicking pictures. 

Though Siya was ignoring him because the video which he had shown to her he said he would show that to Atharv.

When Atharv was taking nap, Randhir had started showing videos to her, she gasped and pleaded not to play, she saw Atharv stirred while sleeping. 

Randhir had paused the video and asked to her " Since when are you into drugs dealing ".

Siya had taken a back, as she had always worked as sleeper cell so that no one could know about her, but here. She had lowered her head at front of him.

Randhir – Siya may i know the matter? Because of you I and Revati broke up, because of you my friend is in this condition. Just don't lower down your head and speak up.( He was hell angry)

Siya – I don't owe explanation to anyone, and will not tell you, and whatever you want to do you can.

(Randhir had taken a back and was almost to lose the composure of him but someone showed up suddenly )

Revati – Siya what are you doing here? I am here to see Atharv if he is fine or not?

Siya – I am glad that you came but didn't you wanted to meet to me?

Revati – You had lost that position in my life long back and I don't talk to any cheater, and way I am here to see my fiancé Atharv.

Randhir and Siya said together – What?

They were hell shocked fresh tears beamed in their eyes.

Revati went to Atharv and tried to check upon him.

Revati tried to touch him, Atharv stirred in his sleep and said

Atharv – Siya, love let me sleep, I haven't slept from quiet a while, and this touch isn't familiar to me, where are you, give me your hands, ( he again went to sleep ).

Revati – Atharv it's me Revati your's fiancé.

Atharv heard again and was wide awake now and saw quickly towards Siya. Her eyes were seeking for answers for her comfort,

Atharv – hmm ( He just hummed, what does it mean – Siya thought)

Siya thought – Whatever it is right now, I will figure it out, I need to pay attention to that video it may cause to my caught by the law enforcement.
