Day one

How it started

I'm in the car with my friends, and Cindy gets a phone call from her friend Nathaniel, and he's telling her what time he'll be at the place that we had planned on hanging out at.

I was surprised to hear that since he lives in a different state and I hadn't realized he was coming to this state

We arrive at our destination and are hanging out
Someone knocks on the door
It's Nathaniel
I don't really know him very well since he's a friend of a friend and I don't really talk to him

we had planned on making cake pops and started with that
me and my sister baked the cake, and then left it to cool

We had melted the white chocolate before the cake was done (bad idea)

We crumbled the cake and then added the frosting and shaped it into balls, but they kept falling apart (I think we didn't add enough frosting). Everyone laughed at how sad our cake pops looked

The white chocolate was all stiff and sad looking so me and Nathaniel were trying to figure out how to make it dip-able and weren't really having any luck

After trying everything we could think of, we gave up and tried to just spread the white chocolate onto the cake pops but the cake pops kept falling off their sticks, and the white chocolate was very stiff everyone was laughing and having a good time

I don't really know how it happened ....
But somehow, while making those cake pops together and trying to figure out how to fix the white chocolate, I started to feel kinda nervous about how close he was standing to me
somehow, he just started looking really cute...

When I was home again, I realized I kinda had a crush on him
I was really angry at myself
He's 3 years older than me and would never like me like that

I tried to just forget it and move on
