"Hey, Mr Shue." I said as I walked in the glee club room and walked to him.
"Hey Rachel" said will as he looked at me and smiled. "I get flashbacks when you walk in here and say that, good ones"
"How are you doing?" I asked as I took a deep breath.
"Everyone keeps asking me that."said will as he looked down.
"Well, from what I hear, you've been a rock for everyone,so I know that that means that sometimes you don't get to grieve yourself."I said as I look at him as he sighs.
"I'm okay. I mean I'm...I'm really not okay, but, uh , yeah, I'm - I'm okay. More importantly, how are you?" Will said as he looked up and put his hand on mine.
"I have no idea. I talk to him a lot. I can still see his face and I can hear his voice so...so clearly."I'm said as I looked up.
" do you think that ill ever forget it? 'Cause I'm afraid one day,I will." I started to cry even harder then I was already
"What do you talk to him about?"ask will
"Anything. I mean when we were dating it was, you know it was pretty much me talking all the time and him just pretending to listen, so it's not really that different" I said as Will smiled and so did I.
" I had it all planned out. I was gonna make it big on Broadway and maybe do a Woody Allen movie. And then when we were ready, I would just..come back and he'd be teaching here, and I'd walk through those doors and say, "I'm home" and then we would live happily ever after."I said as I smiled and looked up.
"It's a good plan" said Shelby as she walks in the room and hugs me tight.
"Did you tell him" asked will
" I didn't have to. He knew." I said as I sighed
"And.... Now what"
" I....I don't know, something different"I said as I looked at will then looked at Shelby.
"Maybe something better."said Shelby as I put my hands on my face.
"I just.. Don't think that that's possible. He was my person. But thank you so much for doing this. I felt like I didn't know if I would be able to sing again, but now I know that I can. And I know that there have been a lot of memorials for him, but I had this made, and I was hoping that we could hang it in here" I said as I took a case out and opened it.
"Did he really say that?" Asked Will as we all chuckled.
" he was smart, just ,you know, in an... Untraditional kind of way." I said as we all smile and chuckle again.
"Come on let's.. Let's hang it over there."said Will as he put it on the wall.
I smiled as Shelby, Will and I..gave each other a group.
