Prologue

*Told from John Bs perspective (his little monologue thingy)

Since i've told you all about us Pogues, you're probably curious about our counterparts on the other side of the island, so here we go.

These are the Kooks:

You've got Sarah Cameron.

Kook princess.

She used to be Kiara's best friend in the ninth grade, worst enemy in the tenth grade. I work on her dad's boats, so, you know, I've seen her around.

Then there's Topper, her not so pleasant boyfriend. Topper actually thinks Pogues were bred to mow lawns.

Then there was Love Thornton, Toppers sister and Sarah's best friend.

Despite her sunshine and rainbows name Love Thornton can easily be known as the craziest bitch on Kildare Island if you rub her the wrong way or are on any of her friends bad sides.

But if you were to ask my friend Kiara about Love Thornton she would say that:

"Love Thornton is a stone cold bitch who loves hard drinking, big dicks and trouble. If she's dead, it's probably because she got wasted and offered the Grim Reaper a handjob or something."

The reason Kie hates Love probably just as much or more than she hates Sarah is probably because when Sarah dropped Kie in the ninth grade she immediately became friends with Love, the two then becoming inseparable ever since which made Kiara salty over the years.

Along with those three there was Rafe Cameron, Sarah's older brother and Toppers best friend.

Kook prince who's quickly on his way to getting the title bumped up to Kook king.

There was others like Kelce and some more whose names I don't know that hang about with the core four group, though all you need to know is those main four.

Know enough that you're better off to stay away from each of them as when one's near the others aren't far behind.

Traveling in packs like dogs ready to attack at any given moment which all in all pretty much sums up the Kooks.
