Lionel was skeptical of his feeling towards Nica. First he was obssessed, technically followed her around town. Second, he got mad about Nica living in the same house as her "brother" realising she fell in love with her (technically) OWN BROTHER. Rigel. Wilde. (Soon becoming Mulligan.) He was heartbroken at first, then somehow disgusted because they are technically siblings living in a same house. Sad, because he pursued Nica for so long, for what? All in the trash.
Not until Lionel noticed something, Nica's "brother" Rigel is in the same class as him and also sat next to him, it's fine right? No. Every lesson they sat next to eachother, Rigel seems to always stare into space. Being big idiot Lionel is, he never realised it was him who Rigel was staring at all this time. That doesn't make sense...
He's straight... right?
And Lionel is also straight... right?
