The Agency

Double Defense Divisions (otherwise known as 3DHQ) is a highly secretive intelligence agency that operates behind the scenes to protect national and international security. Specializing in covert operations, counter-espionage, and strategic defense, 3DHQ takes a comprehensive approach to addressing local and global threats. Its structure is divided into multiple specialized units, each focusing on critical areas such as cyber intelligence, counter-terrorism, and field espionage.

But before it became the renowned and respected intelligence agency it is now widely known for, 3DHQ used to be something entirely else.

A place run and headed by someone with clear malicious and selfish intent as they mass produce illegal nuclear weapons and conduct horrific and inhumane experiments for the purpose of creating the 'perfect indestructible weapon'.

It's the place where Bryce met her partner Bobby after she successfully infiltrated the unauthorized facility with her mother and best friend to put a stop to their dangerous schemes. After that, Bryce had even taken it upon herself to renovate and improve the facility, changing it and developing it into her own intelligence agency by the time she turned 20.

It was also the year she would find out she'd gotten pregnant. She and her partner were clearly not expecting it to happen so soon, but they were filled with such overflowing happiness the day their little miracle finally came into the world.

Their own pride and joy.

Their beautiful boy.

Their little Luxy Beau.

Unfortunately, things would take a massive turn in Bryce's life when she suddenly has to deal with the loss of her beloved Bobby. The agency had just celebrated their one year anniversary, and their son's fourth birthday was just a couple of days away. They'd even taken a family picture together the day prior to Bobby's sudden disappearance, Bryce having no idea that it would be the last time she would ever see her dearest partner again.

Still, she needed to be strong.

For the people. For the agency.

And above everything else, she needed to be strong for her son, who had to experience the loss of his own father at a very young age. Bryce tried her best to be a good mother to Luxy, but even she knew she couldn't parent alone on top of her responsibilities and obligations as head and director of her agency. She did often get the help of her mother, but even Tammy herself got too busy at times as head principal to 3DHQ'S spy academy for aspiring agents. Thank goodness for Bryce's genius best friend Gloria, who had been kind and gracious enough to build Bryce her own robot assistant who would help her keep an eye on Luxy whenever she got too loaded with work.

So as time went on, 3DHQ slowly became one of the best intelligence agencies in the world.

But her true pride and joy will always be her son.

Bryce didn't just raise Luxy, she also trained him to become one of the best agents in 3DHQ. He was smart, quick-witted, very knowledgeable with various weapons, and often craved the thrill of danger—which was a little bit worrying, being his mother and all, but Bryce had full faith in her son and his capabilities. Not to mention, he wasn't exactly working alone.

The day Luxy came to her, asking if he could finally work out on the field, Bryce only had one condition for him before she would allow her son to go on official missions—he needed to gather his own team first. Luxy initially hated the idea of working with other people, but his mother's firm insistence on a team eventually got him to agree, albeit reluctantly. So now he needed to find the right people who would be willing to join him.

Immediately, his mind went to two people: Flint Dicker and Cathy Hernandez.

Flint was one of the top students at 3DHQ's Spy Academy. He joined only a year after Luxy enrolled, and the guy's just been steadily climbing the ranks and impressing everyone with his innate leadership skills and charm. He and Luxy would often butt heads in all the classes they shared together, so determined to one-up the other in a mix of playful competitiveness and wanting to come out as the best of the best. Luxy loathed him with a fiery passion, and might even secretly admire him—which wasn't important to this train of thought!
