A Sinner's Love (Deadman Wonderland story)

Friends at first

I fluttered my eyes as I woke up from my slumber. I sat up in my bed and stretched my limbs. I got out of bed, put my black belt in the loops of my blue pants, put on my leather shoes, grabbed my black long coat, and walked outside. I walked down the colorless, empty, and quiet corridor. All you can hear are my footsteps.

I stopped and looked at a room called Sinners's Room. I could hear noises coming from the inside of the room. When I entered, two Deadmans were fighting, Minatsuki Takami and Karako Koshio, at the center of the room. There was a bar at the far wall of the room. There was a small amount of tables put at the bar section and near the entrance. I sat at a table closes to the entrance and watch the fight. I always liked the Sinners's Room. It's where Deadmans can practice to fight and have a drink at the bar and relax, I thought.

"Hello, Crow," I heard behind me. I looked behind me and saw Mitsuzaki Yosuga. Yosuga keeps her pink hair in two ponytails and has her hair bound by a black and white striped band. Sticking out of the band, at the front, are bangs with longer ones at the sides of her face. Her eyes are dark and big and she has a small cut or scar on her right cheek. She wears a small dress with a black logo imprinted, black sleeves with stripes and wires at the neck opening. She wears black and white leggings under jean shorts and black, leather shoes. I got up and walked away from her. "Don't you walk away from me!" Mitsuzaki yelled as she grabbed my arm.

"Don't you dare touch me!" I yelled as I smacked her hand away. I exited the room and angrily walked down the corridor with Mitsuzaki following me. I turned around to face Mitsuzaki. "Stop following me!" I shouted.

"No! I know you had contact with Toto Sakigami. Now tell where he is in this hell hole," Mitsuzaki calmly told me. "You tell me the information you know and I leave you alone, Crow."

"I haven't seen him in a month. The last thing I had heard was a rumour that Toto was hiding withinn the tunnels and vents of this hell hole. Other than that, I don't where he is," I told Mitsuzaki sounding agitated. She nodded her head and walked away. As I walked in the other direction, two guards come up to me from their post.

"You need to go back to your room, Crow," the first one said. "Remember of what we discuss last time." I snarled at them. They grabbed my arms. I struggled out of their grasp.

"I can walk on my own. Just lead the way," I said. As I was following the guards, I heard them talk about the new prisoners. I distance myself in order to make them think that I can't hear them talking.

"Did you hear about the new Branch of Sin kid?" the first guard said. The second one gasped.

"Really?" the second asked. The first one nodded in response.

"They say that he slaughter his whole class without feeling any remorse. He went to court and was sent here. His name is Ganta Igarashi. He is going to be put right next door to Crow." The second guard quietly laughed under his breath.

"Let's hope the new Sinner would last a day without Crow murdering him," the second said.

The first gaurd laughed. "You know that's true. Everybody knows well that Crow's brutal and murders his opponents, even when he's not on the arena." By the time I was brought to my room, the guards open the door. I walked to the room and was push in the proccess. I sat down on my bed. I looked at my clock that was hanging above the door. The time was noon. I then layed down and drifted to sleep.

I was in a large, dark room with no way to get out. I couldn't see, so I put my hands on the walls and try to feel for light switch. Then, I heard voices shouting at me from all diretions from the room.

"Why didn't you save us? Senji!! Why weren't you here for us? We TRUSTED you!!!!" I covered my ears. Then, I felt two hands around my throat and tighting the grip. "You're going to die with by us."
