So, this was posted to Twitter about a month after Dan & Phil first met, and a week before Dan's visit to Phil's house where Phil bough him an expensive meal.

EXPLANATION
Dan was at Phil's home for Christmas, where they filmed "Christmas Adventure"- probably something they planned for a while. Take notice in the "fastforward ty" as in "please let time pass quickly so I can cuddle someone soon" (possibly Phil?)
