Try not to be a man of success but rather be a man of value

                                                                                                                                   - Albert Einstein

So first things first let me a get a thing straight. You're probably reading this because your life is not good and people are treating you like you never exist or maybe even thrash ( or maybe you might be reading this out of free will), but the solution for it is with me. When i was just 5 years old i was treated like crap at my school, i lived in Pune maharashtra. I often told my parents about this and after comforting me a lot and giving me solutions to deal with it they told me one thing i'll never forget and you shouldn't too. "Bandaging the broken heart to help it recover is not the right move, to help it recover you must follow your instincts and do what your heart says no matter what it is."  those words stayed in my head like a bee on a flower. and fortunately it changed my life. So i was the quiet kid, (the one who everyone is attracted to) so i went in those cool groups and started talking, they acted near me like i was partially visible or things but they would give me some attention and time to speak and comfort me whenever i was sad or broken and stuff. Soon we turned in to best friends and used to be together wherever we went but one day my parents moved to Nigeria we got separated but maintained a close long distance relationship. Then one day they randomly stopped texting and calling me and eventually, they had forgotten me but i didn't forget them. they used to partially remember me. Oh yes I forgot to Introduce myself. I'm Ishwari Trifaley I was born in Dombivali and then you'll know the rest soon. Anyways back to the main point, i was 6 or 7 years old at that time, i was in ILS also known as Indian Language School. I lived in Lagos nigeria near Victoria Island. Well I had a problem making friends there. When i went to talk with any of them they would ignore me and i wasn't really thrilled with that part of the deal so i went back to being the quiet kid. I was the class topper. Then we moved to Dombivali. (Sorry I made a mistake I used to live in Dombivli then i shifted to nigeria) the deal was pretty same there. After nigeria we went to Nashik there i went to Nashik Cambridge and trust me it was not bad there you know? i had a great time socialising, then we moved to pune in a 3 BHK house in my old society so when i went to play with my old friends in my new society when i was 11 but their attitude was just... it had changed in to a mean one. so that's that. Well I recovered from everything but Fatigue, just like some of you do the main thing to recover from Fatigue is to stop drinking (if you drink) make a organised timetable and sleep exactly at a chosen point. This is the Fatigue Pyramid it goes from up and down to a organised life -

                                                            sleep

                                 Make an Organised Timetable

Try to keep your room clean as possible

Use sleeping masks don't try sleeping medication

This is what i use to recover from fatigue everyday... My career choices when i was a kid were nearly impossible. I first wanted to be a chef from 3-9 years then i made a dumb choice from 9-half 9 age. My stupid brain was like ' I wanna become a Teacher! ' but then i quickly snapped out of that era and then i made a fabulous choice. I wanted to become a Criminal Psychologist. I don't know why I'm not interested in it anymore, but now my dream from 10-rest of my life was an author. I was pretty good in english. If you don't want to be indecisive like me try to make a peaceful mindset by focusing on that point of your indecisive brain where you want it to be. Focus is the most powerful part of the brain which can help us make better choices than the last. Let your decision find you and come to you, never force it if you let it come you'll know your worth and exactly what you're capable of.
