Ch. 34. Heavenly Havoc

Lucifer and Michael, or the wonder twin/double trouble as they were often called, were in God's Library, which... is their library now.

"I don't understand how Father had so many books and none of them are interesting." Lucifer said, "They all involve holy stuff. No actual story."

"Father was a collector, Sammy, you know this." Michael said.

"I hated it when you call me that, even before the fall." Lucifer said.

"Oh, I know." Michael said, smirking at him.

Lucifer gave him a smile... a very large smile... with glowing red eyes.

"Luci, no!" Michael said, before Lucifer pounced.

"Come on, Mikey! You used to love it when we wrestled!" Lucifer said, pinning Michael to the ground, "Come on, don't tell me you've gotten rusty after all this time!"

"No, I just don't feel like destroying Father's library." Michael said, as his eyes started glowing blue, "But I will if I have too."

Michael kicked Lucifer off and stood up.

"Finally." Lucifer said, "There he is."

Sadly, before the brothers could have their fun, Sera rushed in.

"Michael, Lucifer, all the Exorcists, as well as Adam and Lute are missing!" Sera said in a panic.

"WHAT?!" Lucifer and Michael shouted in shock as they turned to Sera.

"What do you mean "missing?!" An entire army doesn't just vanish like that!" Michaell said as he snapped his fingers.

"I went to go speak with Adam and everyone was gone. The Exorcists, him, Lute, their weapons, their uniforms! Everything!" Sera said, atill in a panic.

"Take us there now!" Lucifer said, having a feeling he knows what's going on.

Sera nodded as turned and flew off, making the brothers sprout their wings and fly after her.

'I knew that fat bastard was plotting something!' Lucifer thought during the flight. 'Oh when I find you, you're as good as fucking dead, you fucking prick!'

Michael was having similar thoughts as he took some deep breathes to control his anger.

'Adam, Lute; you two are the most disgraceful pair of angels father ever created!' He thought.

They arrived at what used to be Adam's manor, where the exorcists all stayed.

"Everything is gone?" Lucifer asked as they landed.

"Just about, a few scattered papers and furniture, but other than that, everything is gone." Sera said, pointing to the door.

"... Sera, go get the other 5 arch angels, Michael and I will go see if we can find something." Lucifer said, already walking towards the door.

"Understood." Sera said with a nod, turning around and flying off.

"Let's search for clues, brother." Michael said, walking in after Lucifer.

BAM!

The door was kicked in and the brothers looked around, seeing that Sera was right. Everything was gone. The only things in the building were overturned furniture and scattered papers on the floor.

Weapons were removed, anything indicating plans were removed, and several doors bolted locked.

"They really don't want us going through things." Michael said, looking at the bolted doors.

"Too fucking bad." Lucifer said, before kicking open one of the doors, "Come on."

Michael had never seen Lucifer like this... it was scary. He finally understood why the phase "Knocking on the gates of hell" started, because the Devil himself is ready to answer. Inside the room was a desk, that probably was used to block the door. Lucifer began going through the desk.
