Blood Moon

Chapter 4

After the fight the group sat in the bed after Tyler went home. Noah goes into the kitchen to grab a drink. Faith walks downstairs to talk to Noah. As Noah closes the fridge he sees Faith, he gets startled and backs up. "Sorry didn't mean to scare you," Faith says smiling she then walks toward him, "I thought it was really brave of you to stand up to the bullies like that. I mean they have been saying a lot of racist things to you because you're black." Noah then says, "Oh uhm thank you." He says trying not to making eye contact with her because he was blushing. Noah had a crush on Faith for as long as he could remember. "Your nose still has some blood on it from the fight." Faith says smiling at him, "Y'know you should get it checked out."
     The two went upstairs to the group sitting in the room. Jono walks into the room and his phone rings. Everyone looks at him. "Who is it?" asked Alysa. Jono looks at his phone, "It says unknown. Imma answer it." William stops him, "Remember what the news said. The kid that died got a phone call from an unknown number the day before he died." Jono is skeptical, "It's probably just some idiot trying to prank us. It's not that serious," He explained to William. He answers the phone and it's someone with and eerie voice saying, "Give the phone to William," it says, Jono gives the phone for William and says, "It's for you." The caller then says, "William Garcia. Tonight you will lose somebody you love tonight." Everyone is confused. William muted the phone and says, "I don't have any family remember. I only live by myself and my dog." He then unmutes the phone and exclaimed, "Hey listen dick-wad this prank call isn't funny somebody died." William then hangs up. Hannah then asks, "What was that about?" William tells them that it was just a prank. He tries to give Jono his phone back but the number calls him again.
William answers again and angrily says, "Listen here motherf-" before he can finish talking the caller interrupts him. "No YOU listen up bitch. If you hang up on me one more time I will gut you and your dog like a fish." William mutes the phone and says, "We have to go to my house." Neko then asks, "What's he s-" "WE HAVE TO GIVE NOW" William interrupted.
They rush to their cars and bikes while William is still on the phone. "So what do you want from me." He interrogates the caller. "I want to answer questions about your dog since he means the most to you. What's your dogs name to start it off?" The caller interrogates.

"Finn," says William, "Why wouldn't I know what my own dogs name is idiot."

"Okay only a few questions left. What breed is Finn." He asked mysteriously.

"He's a 'Border Collie'."

"When was he born?"

"March 18, 2017."

"One last question," the caller says, "How long are his ears." He says interrogates in a cold voice.

"I got you now you cunt. His ears are 4 inches long," William barks cockily he says smiling "So leave my dog al-"

"Wrong..." The caller states.

"What?"

"Wrong. The height of his ears are 5 inches."

"No I measured his ears they were 4 inches when he was a pup."

"That's the problem. Their ears can grow after the pup stage. Sorry but looks like your dog won't make it..."

William then interrupts, "Listen here motherfucker. You lay down as much as a finger on my dog I will kill you." The caller then cackles, "I'd like to see you try." He then says in a taunting voice, "I'm on my way." Then hangs up. "He'll be okay." Kimberly and Rylan assured him.
They finally make it. "FINN!" William yells. They all look for the dog. "WHERE IS HE." barked William, he began to panic. They see a figure running down Rylans hall. Neko follows him.
Neko looks around. He walks into the living room. He looks upstairs. He then finds a note saying, "Neko I know you want to join me. Meet me at Greenwood Park, 4276 Maplewood, Drive Ann Arbor, MI 48103 at 9:00." He reads out loud. He puts the note in his pocket and goes downstairs.
Meanwhile outside Kimberly calls the cops and tells them what's going on. Wyatt then finds dogs dead body. He is frozen in shock and all he can do is just stare at it in disbelief and disgust. They all see it too. "You said he was gonna be okay!" William barks. He then starts sobbing.
