Time stopped still when Vanya's hand slapped Anika's cheek, the sound echoing throughout the room. Anika's eyes widened, and tears welled up.
Rudransh remained fixed his face paled with shock. However, Akshat, Aahan, and Aarush went next to anika, like protective brothers.
The room was frozen in scared calm. Vanya's friends seemed unexpectedly calm.

"𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁, 𝗻𝗼𝘄!!!" Vanya yelled, dissatisfaction in her voice.
The gas spread, its deadly vapors choking the air. Breathing became hard.
"𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁!!" Vanya repeated, her voice full of worry.
Akshat supported Anika with his arm over her shoulders. Aahan and Aarush surrounded them.
Vanya kept her gaze on Dhruv as they moved ahead.
"𝗗𝗵𝗿𝘂𝘃,𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗩𝗶. 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗵𝗶𝗺 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲...."Dhruv nodded.
The group stumbled out into the sparkling daylight, gasping with relief. The mansion's flawless garden supplied them with relief as they breathed fresh, clean air.
