When they've got there, ang una niyang pinuntahan ay ang kwarto nila ni Ping. He wanted to know that Ping is safe.

"Itt..."

"Sir Ping was looking for you when he woke up. He was hysterical the moment he saw the mirror and you, nowhere to be found." Nichakoon nodded. He forgot to eradicate it before he went off.

"Ping?" Nang makapasok siya ay nakita niya ito sa terrace ng silid, shirtless and holding his phone. He look so worried.

A smile crept into his face. It felts good having someone who's worried for him.

"Ping?" He once called. Saktong nakuha niya ang atensyon nito.

Parang nabunutan ito ng tinik ng makita siya at itinakbo ang pagitan nila saka ito niyakap.

He was so worried.

"Easy. I'm all good." Nichakoon chuckled for a sudden movement.

"Are you worried?" Humigpit lalo ang yakap nito sa kaniya. Dahan-dahan itong tumango at
isiniksik ang sarili sa dibdib nito.

"I'm sorry..."

Nichakoon cupped Ping's face moment he feel that he is now at ease.

"I thought... I-I..." Ping was lost for words. He can't take the thought of Nichakoon being associated or something will happen to his beloved.

"Shhh... It's fine. Nothing is happened to me. Let's get you to bed okay? Let's talk about this tomorrow." Tumango lamang si Ping at nagpaubaya na lang ng buhatin siya ni Nichakoon.

Hinimas-himas ni Nichakoon ang buhok maging ang pisngi ni Ping. Making sure that he will not go anywhere.

If the shattered mirror  brought Ping an anxiety then, he will make sure that Ping will not know anything if something will happen again.

"I will get you some water, okay? Then, you'll get back to sleep. I'll join you later. I still have something to talk with my people." Gusto mang pigilan ni Ping si Nichakoon ngunit naisip niya rin na importanti ang pag-uusap na gagawin ni Nichakoon para sa kasamahan.

Ang mga pangyayari ay hindi na bago sa kaniya at sanay na siya nito. Ngunit, ang isiping malagay sa alanganin si Nichakoon ay nagdudulot iyon ng takot sa loob niya.

He don't want to lose someone that is important to him. He will protect everyone that's important to him. He will protect him.

"What happened?" Nichakoon started the forum.

Inside the room are his people: Kluen, Dos, Kitt, Sib, Brid, and Kim.

"It was the Sukkhapisit who ambushed us. I heard from his men that they were looking for you. He believes that you are hiding the Aunchananun's." Kluen, reported.

Nichakoon expected the answer but still... He cannot believe that the bosses will stoop like that.

"Then, I told you to escape right? How come that you disobeyed my order?" It was sharp. Alam ng mga tauhan niya na magagalit ito ngunit...

"Someone's helping us. We returned because we wanted to help you and besides we couldn't just leave our boss." Kitt said.

"That's right, Boss. It should be us protecting you not the other way around." Sib, seconded.

Tumango na lamang si Nichakoon at hinayaang magpaliwanag ang mga kasamahan.

"Snipers are helping us, Boss. The reasons are still unknown but, I believe they also thinks that you've got a lead to the Aunchananun's whereabouts." Kluen stated. Nichakoon thought the same.

"Then, if that's what they thought... Let's put it that way. Let them chase me while I also do the actions. Let's use their foolishness against them."

As promised, Nichakoon went back to Ping's. Nang makapasok ay tumambad sa kaniya ang natutulog na karelasyon.

Napakaaliwalas ng mukha nito na siyang nagpatagis ng bagang niya sa sandaling pumasok sa isipan niya ang takot na mukha nito kanina.

"I'm sorry for causing you stress." He muttered silently, caressing Ping's soft face.

Placing a soft kiss to his forehead, Nichakoon stood up. He decided to freshen himself first before joining his beloved.

Morning came. Ping is the first one to wake up. 

Napangigiting tiningnan ni Ping si Nichakoon. Maamo ang mukha nito na para bang walang bahid ng kasamaan. That thought made Ping chuckled.

"Hmmmm" akmang aalis na siya sa pagkahiga nang naramdaman ang init ng katawan ni Nichakoon. Placing his hand on his forehead, he figured that Nichakoon is having a fever.

Shit.

With that, ay tuluyan na nga siyang umalis upang kumuha ng pamunas.

Isang maliit na planggana at may maligamgam na tubig ang kaniyang dinala.

Sinimulan na niyang hubarin ang soot ni Nichakoon at sinimulan na niya itong punasan. 

"Hmmm" a moan escaped from his lips.

"Shhh..." He hushed him. Para itong balisa at parang binabangungot.

Ping become so worried fir his beloved. Hindi niya alam kung bakit, marahil ay nakikita niya ang sarili sa binata.

"Love... It's okay. It's okay, love. I'm here."

Tinapos niya muna ang pagpupunas sa binata saka napag desisyunang lutaan ito ng sopas.

While cooking his phone rang, "Boss, the mission is successful. We are now heading to the Kirdpan estate. What's the plan?" Ping give them the order. He wants to end this very soon.

"Anyway, Boss, Nichakoon is being targeted as a way to capture you. They know he’s connected to you, and he’s already aware of this. Both of your lives are now in danger." Ping stunned for the information
that Artemis gave him.

"Did--- Does Nichakoon knew about this?" He asked.

"Arch's men sent him  informations as planned." He nodded.

"Okay, just stay on track and tell Hans to meet me, soon."

Nagpaalam na ang dalawa sa telepono.

Ping prepar the food saka dinala ito sa kanilang silid.

Nang makaabot roon at nakita niya ang mahimbing parin na natutulog na si Nichakoon. Halata sa porma nito na mayroon itong sakit dahil maya't maya itong umoungol at ngumingiwi.

"Love, you wake up. You have to eat now, so, you can take the medicine." Bulong niya rito. Ilang minuto habang hinimas-himas niya ang mukha ng binata ay nagising na ito.

"Hi?" Bungad niya na nakangiti. Nichakoon smiled, "Hi." He replied.

Yumuko ng kaunti si Ping at dinampian ng mabilis na halik ang binata sa noo nito.

"Come on. Bumangon ka muna." Aniya na iginaya na rin itong umupo.

Ping get the bowl of soup saka nito hinubuan ang binata. Ping loves this.

Gusto niya ang ganito.

"Is it hot?" Tanong niya ng ngumiwi ang binata.

Umiling si Nichakoon.

Tumango na lamang siya saka ipinagpatuloy ang pagsubo sa kaniyang minamahal.

...

"How are you feeling now?" Ping asked him. Nichakoon is now on Ping's embrace. Ping is holding Nichakoon in his embrace.

"I am feeling better. Thank you." Tumango lamang si Ping at pinagpatuloy ang paghahagod sa likod nito.
