REESE SAT IN HER ROOM, GROUNDED FOR A WEEK.

Reese was only allowed to go school, work and home.

It would've been longer, but Heather understood Reese was just sticking up for herself.

Krista furrowed her brows in concern.

"What happened to you" Krista asked, checking the girl's face.

Reese just shook it off.

"Bryson's baby mama happened" Reese spoke.

Krista crossed her arms.

"She did that to you? Over what her boyfriend?" Krista said.

"Kinda, Jimmy and Bryson got into an argument, it escalated from there" Reese explained.

Reese continued explaining the story, as Krista listened in.

Krista rubbed the girl's shoulder, comforting her.

Reese reassured her everything was okay.

Time went by as it was time for Reese to go.

Reese walked through the halls of her school, tired of everything that was happening.

She walked around by herself, avoiding Jimmy and just everyone overall.

Everything was just so quiet.

Throughout the week, Reese's eye was getting better.

She just felt like she was missing something.

Or someone.

It was Thursday night, and both Heather and Reese sat at the table.

The girl played with her food, not really eating it.

Heather glanced at her sister concerned.

She sighed before speaking.

"Rezzy, I think you've learned your lesson"

Reese looked up.

"Have I?" she questioned, before chewing her food slowly.

"You know you have, I'm just saying you're ungrounded as of right now. Plus I wouldn't wanna hold you back." Heather spoke, before leaving the table.

Heather stood at the sink, washing her plate.

Reese looked at her confused.

"Hold me back from what?" Reese asked.

"Nothing" Heather soon shrugged, before heading off to the lounge.

Reese stared at her plate confused.

"what" she muttered, as she cleaned her plate afterwards.

Reese laid in bed, on her phone as usual.
