chapter : the beginning

At first there was an empty wasteland of a planet but after a single moment the first god manifested, thalani is their name, on the first cloud of the world, This divine arrival marked the dawn of a new era, thalani made 5 races templates for the mortals of the world human, elf, dwarf, fay, and dragon, those were the intelligent races of the world, but they were lonely with the templates, the original human template ran away so the second human was hostile now, so thalani made a god of destruction and with them, somehow, appeared the god of light and life  their names were Azrael and Ziya

The templates needed to eat so Ziya made animals, they were dangerous and only the dragon was able to eat, so thalani made the god of hunting, fate, and sounds to allow for hunting and domestication of the dangerous animals, their name is Rhunar

Then to right their mistake Ziya made the vegetation and the prey animals, and thalani made the god of nature, rocks, animals, and weather. Rowan was their name; they were created by Thalani to keep the planet in check and gained godhood in the process. He and Rhunar never got along, with Rhunar being the second youngest at the time, just a little older than Rowan. Most would think that the two are twins. Azrael made sure more could grow by creating death and decay, he inadvertently made a god of weeds, illness and pain, her name is Nalari and to keep balance Ziya made Alari the god of trauma, healing, medice, and allergies 

Thalani made the 8 moons of the world, Luna was the brightest it glowed all the time, Soma the dreaming moon shone like a nightlight, tsuki the cycling moon had actual phases that changed every night,mwezi the nature moon had a pulse-like glow, Chandra the mysterious moon it glowed a deep purple and only on the darkest night would it light up the sky, there was Selene the red moon with ruby colored rings, kiva is a fastest moon in the sky basically orbiting all the other moons while it is at it, and finally the farthest moon Mahina often forgotten by most. 

After a while, the world was getting cold and that was due to the twin natures getting tired from constantly producing and watching the world grow with vegetation and animal life so Rowan decided to rest but since Rhunar can’t produce spring or summer on their own they made autumn but even then they couldn’t keep it up for half of a year so Rhunar looked to a newly formed god with long sparkling white hair and a beautiful face and asked her if she would be willing to make a new season to make things easier so as Priti the god of beauty war insanity and winter finally came to fruition the new season took shape with the cold temperatures and the snow and ice. When Rowan woke to the new god they brought back warmth and life to the world creating the seasonal cycle just not to let the new god have a useless domain and it gave Rowan a break for a quarter of a year.

With the moons in the sky there still wasn’t enough light to grow plants without the gods help and so Ziya with the help of Thalani started to make something big, a light to help the world grow on its own, but it wouldn't be fair to Thalani and it wouldn't be healthy for the realm if the sun was out all the time, so Ziya and Azrael crafted Solheli the sun’s guide to have it move across the sky.

Azrael and Ziya had a somewhat strenuous relationship, all 5 of the races of the world they saw them as things that shouldn’t mix ever, but feelings from under the surface bubbled up and influenced how Solheli looked, she looked like a mix of the two gods that made them, like a child would resemble their parents

Thalani noticed the resemblance and so did the other two”did you two mean for the resemblance?” thalani queried 

“No!” they both answered, their voices betraying how flustered both of them were

As the world thrived the templates were kept in an eden garden to make sure they don’t run off as the mortals live on the planet below
