The new student

- Part One -

-Nobody's pov-

Josha and his mom moved in their new house after his parents got divorced their new house wasn't that big but also not small it was the perfect size and really cozy and they loved it

Josha put the last box on the floor and looked at his room he still has 2 weeks to unpack stuff before he goes to school

The problem was that it was the middle of the school year and he was scared that he would get bullied or made fun of

But he tried to stay positive he finally moves out the old house and won't see his dad again this is his new life a new chapter of his life!

But those time flew fast and it was almost the time to go to school only one day left

"Honey dinner is ready"

Josha heard coming from the kitchen he leaves his sketchbook and goes in the kitchen

"Mom you made my favorite! Thanks"

"Always for you Honey and go to sleep early to sleep today you have school tomorrow"

"Yes I know mom"

"Finlay I won't see you all the time"

"MOM!"

After his mom chuckled gave him his plate with the food they ate and talked about different type of stuff Josha was always close with his mother she loved and cared for him and so did he

After dinner he went to his room he drew in his sketchbook when he finished it already was 11 pm and he went to bed

But he couldn't sleep because of the excitement and also he was worried but he put his airpods and listened to music it helps him fall asleep

In the morning he woke up at 6 am his way to school took him 15 to 20 minutes and school behins at 7.45 so he still had about one and a half hour to get ready

He went to the bathroom brushed his teeth and took a shower after that he went to the kitchen and made him some eggs with toast

It took him a little longer because he was on his phone and ate slowly so he grabbed his backpack and made his way to school

When he arrived it was 7.30 he asked some kid where the director's office was and he showed him his hands where sweating because he was anxious but he still knocked on the door

The director greeted him with a warm smile and he felt less stressed the director seemed nice he showed him his new class room and pestered the new classmate

He then went back to his office and left Josha with the teacher

"Okay choose a seat"

He felt how everyone stared at him he was stuned he felt his whole body getting hot from being anxious

But he saw one boy all way in the back who showed him to sit next to him and Josha did so

"Heyy I'm Thomas you can sit next to me or on top of me"

"W-what.?"

"I'm just kidding you're Josha right?"

"Yeah"

Josha was still a little shoked from what Thomas just said bur he tried to ignore it and and Thomas showed his friends over all they went along pretty good

When the bell rang the teacher tild them to wait

"Can someone please show Josha around"

Thomas wanted to be the one and the teacher let him even tho he wasn't a good student and gets send to the office pretty often he looked like he genuinely wanted to

He showed him the cafeteria the library and so on once they were outside he showed the basketball court and he invited him to pkay with his other friends

Back in his hometown he was in a basketball team and he was the captain he really misses his old friends and teammates but it's time to focus on the game and now the past

After the game Thomas stood next to Josha

"Didn't know you played Basketball so well"

"Well I was the captain back in my old place"

"Oh really? No wonder you pkay so good"

"Thanks by the way do you know any basketball teams here?"

"No sorry but I'm sure you'll find something"

"Okay thank you"

"No problem"

And with that it was time to go back to class the school day went by pretty quick at the end of class the teacher wanted to talk with josha and Thomas waited for them

"What did she want?"

"Oh nothing much she just gave me a list of materials I need"

They walked outside the school and as Josha was about to go Thomas pulled him back by his wrist

"W-wait do you have time like today or tomorrow?"

"Uhh tomorrow why?

"Nothing"

And with that he just walked away josha was really confused why was it all about and also he stuttered? But Thomas seemed to be the gay who finds Nothing embarrassing

But he didn't want to pay much attention to it so he just went home when he walked in the yelled

"Mom!"

But no answer seems like she isn't home he found a note on the fridge

"Honey I'm at work hope you had a good day at school today I'm coming late at night so don't wait for me I left some food in the fridge please don't forget to eat

Love Mom"

-Josha's Pov-

Hmm she isn't home that means I have the whole house for myself but firstly I need to go to the store and get all the school materials I need

I made my way to the store I also hot some cookies because just love those so much I was pretty tired so when i got back home I changed to my home clothes laid on the bad and drifted to sleep immediately

I woke up 2 hours later read my book played some video games and when I looked at the clock it showed 12pm

'Oh shit I should go to sleep' I thought turnt off the lights and went to bed I couldn't sleep I thought about The new school and Thomas

Everything seemed so good the teachers were all nice except the physics teacher but it didn't matter that much

And Thomas and his friends Max Joshua Lorenz and Jonathan all seemed nice too and I was so worried I'm glad everything was fine

After some minutes I did fall asleep
