For this method it is recommended to take some deep breaths, meditate or do anything that'll help you relax
Next, you can stand, sit or lie down, whichever you prefer, thiswill not change anything
First I want you to keep your eyes open and start to think about things related to your DR, it doesn't have to be something that'll happen, sure it can be maybe a scenario that will happen, or just a fake scenario
Then keep imagining things, as long as they are related to your DR it doesn't matter what you're thinking about. And as you continue you'll probably start daydreaming (Or not, it doesn't matter but it is preffered)
As you continue to daydream try to overlap affirmations of which you feel like have an impact in you, on the scenarios, like a narrator maybe, or whatever you feel like helps
Some affs: I am in my dream reality, I have shifted, I am in (Insert wherever you wish to be) it is preffered that the affs are about something that has aready happened as it will help you project better and realize you are in your DR, but if you don't like those kinds of affs, try to say "I will shift" with the knowledge that you are already there
Example: I will grab this bottle of water (But you already have it in your hands)As you continue to daydream, please close your eyes and relax, you can stop daydreaming if you wish to now, but ifyou can't it's completelly fine.
Just, close your eyes, take some deep breaths, project your DR, say some affs, and then you can either open your eyes or fall asleep! It doesn'tmatter which one, since with either you'll end up in your DR.-
Remember, you'll always shift, wether you like it or not.
