Lumine Season 3 (Fan Made Story)

Episode 1

We'll Be Alright.

As the train pulls off from the station, Lumine and Kody sit looking out the window towards the snowy landscape. Lumine sat in his small form, wagging his tail happily. He was by his best friend's side. Kody sat smiling down at Lumine, having grown fond of his werewolf friend.

"So, what's the plan when we get to Sumuohr?" Kody asked.

Lumine looked down. "Uh... I haven't planned out the specifics yet." The pup confessed.

Kody deadpanned. "Seriously?" He asked as Lumine sat on his back legs, using his front legs to do a classic shrug with an 'I don't know' face.

Kody sighed. "Alright, we can iron it out since it's gonna be a 5 hour train ride anyways." He turned his head down to look at his friend. "Do you know anyone there by chance?"

Lumine paused to think. "Hmm... No, not really." He confessed, his tail and ears drooping slightly.

"Okay. Let me see that map of yours." Kody said, holding out his hand.

"Oh! Okay." The pup said, pulling the map out of his bag with his mouth and into his friend's hand.

"Hmm." Kody opened it and began skimming it over with his eyes. "There's a rocky hill place called 'Hiker's Peak'. That may be a good place to start."

Lumine perked up, his ears and tails going up. "R-Really? You think my biological father may be there?"

"Well, he's living as a wild wolf, right?" Kody asked.

"Hmm. Sophia did mention he was in his wolf form when he saved her from some hunters and led her to a snowy peak."

"Then that's where we shall go." Kody said, folding up the map and tucking it into Lumine's bag.

"Well, with that sorted, what do you wanna do to pass the time?" Lumine asked, raising his tail up.

"Well, we should discuss getting a part time job while we're there. We're gonna need money after all since we aren't sure if this is a long term thing or not." Kody said thoughtfully, the teenage witch looking out the window in contemplation.

The pup looked up at Kody. "Job?" Lumine shuddered, recalling all his crappy past jobs.

"Yeah. Can't be that hard." Kody said. "You had one before, right?"

"Uhh... Well... Yeah... But..." Lumine said, a bit flustered. "It was only body guard stuff and... well... I got fired both times...."

"Relax." Kody said. "We'll just find a different one. Something you'll be good at. And I'll help you."

Lumine sighed in relief. "Oh thank goodness."

"Now, let's catch up on some sleep, yeah?" Kody said and Lumine nodded.

From a few rows down, a man couldn't help but overhear the two teens speaking about a 'wild wolf'.

"Hmm... Interesting." The mysterious man said to himself, a smile on his face as he eyes the sleeping teens a few rows ahead of him.

Author"s note: I hope you enjoyed that! I am planning to write weekly episodes of Lumine. Once I am done with the AU comic, I plan to make a comic adaptation of this one as well. This one is short due to my still experimenting how long I would make an episode in a comic form so please forgive me if some of these feel short. It's done that way so I would be faster at putting it into a comic form!
