virginia, mystic falls. abandoned house, no one's pov
meeting elijah was unlike any altercation thea's been in. her beauty drew him in to the point all he wanted to do was claim his lips on the girls pink plump lips that rested on her face. " thank you rose and .. trevor for the delivery service but we should be on our way" he nodded showing his gratitude to the two vampires. he gently grabbed theadora's hand before pulling the two girls away" what.. no no what about the moonstone?" elena blurted. thea looked at her friend her pleading eyes not to say anything else.
elijah looked amused. " and what do you know about the moonstone?" he asked. elena shook her head " it doesn't work like that" she negotiated. elijah smirked loving how the girl grew bold. he looked towards rose and trevor for answers thinking it was a setup. " it's the first i've heard it" rose explained not wanting to come in between and possibly be killed. his eyes landed on her necklace smelling the familiar herb " what is this vervain doing on your neck. tell me where is the moonstone" he demanded ripping the necklace away from her neck.
" it's under the old fells church" she spoke in a mitotic tone. he frowned " what is it doing there?" he pushed the matter. " it's with katherine" she told him.

elijah thought she was long gone but she was more closer than he'd realize. he would admit hearing about his old lover stirred some feelings from the past but whatever they had was going to stay in the past he had theadora to focus on. he was about to ask another question when a window from upstairs broke starling everyone in the house, but elijah was only concerned that he was here coming to take her away from him " who else is in this house?" he asked rose who was listening for any sounds.
