The Rose: Fearful Foes

"My name is Anais Matisse an I was a female baker by day". "But when the night sky came, an covered the streets of Paris". "It was then that I became The Rose". A female vigilante seeking the one who took my fathers life and had been recently saved. By a group of strange heroes. Who helped me bring down a terrible monster. Lurking outside the city of Paris. An made sure it wouldn't harm another person again. While also capturing the man who was serving it as a servant of evil. But was also saved from what they call a portal. Which sucked one of them in before disappearing. An the other strange heroes quickly heading off to find him. While I simply returned home to rest.

The Rose/Silent Before

A couple of weeks have gone by and I had managed to recover from my injuries. As many folks asked what happen and simply told them. That I was kidnapped by the same man. Who had snatched all those other women an hide them within the cemetery. Directly outside of Paris itself. Which they seem to believe for now. As I kept doing my normal work until my body was fully healed. It was then that I began patrolling the streets. Where all seem well and even peaceful. Yet also felt something was wrong and sure enough. Who heard something shatter a window an me rushing towards the sound. Where someone standing at 5'7, wearing this metal mask, dress within dark red cloth and wielding this strange weapon. Which resembled a Syth, but with two large curve blades. Quickly attacked me on sight.

The Rose/Death Face

Dodging the menacing two handed weapon while moving backwards. I wasn't sure who this terrifying figure could possibly be. But whoever they are. Their clearly trying to strike me down. As I quickly spoke. "Who are you fiend"? "An why are you trying to strike me down"? The mask figure stopped and answered my question. "I am Death Face". "An you shall receive a terrible demise". As he started spinning his strange Syth around again. With me trying my best to figure out a weakness. Because if I can't. Then my chances of winning this fight were slim. As I readied my sword before making a bold move.

The Rose/Brave Sword

Rushing towards the enemy here, I moved fast while dodging the left blade an tried to slash their wrist. But my sword struck something underneath their cloak. Which didn't sound like metal, but wood instead. With me quickly backing away before readying my sword an started attacking again. Closing the distance between us as he tossed the weapon away before drawing these hidden knives. With me dodging once more. Before stomping on their foot and didn't seem to cause them any pain. As they came close to slashing my neck. But manage to quickly block with my sword. Who then kept fighting back. Determine to take this mask man down.
