Sonny And Brenda Oneshots

In A Tree

Brenda Barrett climbed up the tallest tree she could find, even in her silver stilettos and wedding dress. How could Jax possibly humiliate her on their wedding day? Weddings were supposed to be a happy occasion, instead she was crying in a stupid tree. Maybe deep in her heart she still did love Sonny but, there was no hope that they would ever stay together. Sonny always left her when the going got tough. In her heart she couldn't help but love Sonny, maybe there was still hope. Even if there wasn't, Brenda had to try. Wiping the runny mascara from her face, she slowly climbed down and hiked her dress up walking down the road. Brenda eventually made it to Greystone, she knocked on the door.

"Brenda? Honey, are you okay?" For once Sonny answered the door, his men usually did everything for him.

"I thought I was getting married today." Brenda pursed her lips, she probably looked awful.

"Yeah, I heard. Why don't you come inside?" Sonny held the door open for her as she walked inside.

"Jax humiliated me instead of marrying me but, maybe it was a blessing in disguise." Brenda slowly says, afraid of what Sonny's reaction would be.

"He did what? I'll kick his ass, you just say the word." Sonny hated Jax more than anyone in this world because of how he treated Brenda.

"It's okay. I mean, it's not okay but I'm glad that Jax showed his true colors before we became husband and wife. I came here because I know in my heart that I still love you." Brenda decided to just bite the bullet, it was now or never.

"Brenda, are you sure? I don't want to mess up again." Sonny sighed, slightly hanging his head.

"Sonny, I want you. I don't care what it takes, I'm going to be by your side no matter what. We can work on our relationship together. We have something special, too special to let go. We can do this, I know we can." Brenda grasped both of sonnys hands in hers, making Sonny look into her eyes.

"I never thought this moment would come, I've been a mess without you. I thought that you'd chosen candy boy over me, I thought that you didn't love me anymore. You're right, we have something worth fighting for. " Sonny smiled at Brenda, cupping her face in his hands.

"Oh Sonny, I love you!" Brenda exclaimed, pressing a kiss to his lips.
