I look at Lexi one last time, wishing I could dive a little more into her flirting with me, but my kids are hungry.

I get up, but not before I adjust my morning wood or Lexi wood as I like to call it since it's impossible not to be hard around her.

Lexi gets up and we open the door.

Liv gasps. "Aunt Lexi, you're here!" She exclaimed.

She runs straight for her, colliding into her legs.

She runs a hair over my daughter's messy bed head. "Good morning honey" She said.

I look over at Piper and see her smirking.

I already know what she's thinking.

"Yeah aunt Lex... What are you doing here?" Piper asked still smirking away.

"I came over last night and slept over" She said.

"That's weird, I didn't hear the front door shut" She said.

That's because she came through my windows.

Although I'm not going to tell my kids that because I don't need them trying that out.

Lexi shrugged. "You were probably in a deep sleep" She said.

Before Piper can interrogate anymore I suggest something else.

"Why don't I go make some breakfast for everyone."

Liv cheers and runs towards the kitchen and Piper shrugs but follows her sister.

I look over at Lexi and smile, and she smiles back at me making my stomach flip.

"I'm gonna go head to the bathroom" She said.

"Ok."

She heads in the direction of the bathroom and I go to the kitchen where the girls are waiting.

"Ok, so what are we thinking for breakfast?"

"Scrambled eggs!" Liv announced.

I turn to Piper. "You good with that?"

"Is it ok if I just have cereal this morning? Not really in the mood for eggs" She said.

"Yeah, that's fine sweetie."

She gets out her breakfast and I start making mine, Liv, and Lexi's eggs.

Even though Piper is eating something else for breakfast she still helps me make breakfast.

She gets the orange juice out and puts the toast in the toaster.

She's been doing this since she realized she was allowed to help, so I wanna say 8 years old.

Once the eggs are done I plate them and slide a plate in front of Liv.

Lexi walks back into the kitchen and looks at the plates. "Those eggs look so good" She said.

"I put cheese in them just how you like it."

She smiles. "You know me so well. I guess I'll have to keep you then" She teased.

I dramatically put a hand to my heart. "You only keep me around for my cooking?" I said making Olivia laugh.

She takes a bite of her eggs and groans. "Oh yeah, it's definitely for your cooking" She winked.

I crack a  smile and grab my plate, sitting next to Lexi.

The girls are in their own world talking about something so I talk with Lexi.
