33| Mourning

"You're here, finally. What took you so long?"

Alice asked her brother as she floated down, feet touching the grass.

"I had to change, okay?"

Billy told his sister who just shook her head, she could see that he changed, his outfit looked cool.

"Yeah, I can see that. While you were playing dress up Agatha was getting her ass kicked by Rio. So you care to help."

Alice told her little brother, before Agatha spoke up, still held against that gardening post.

"You look good."

Agatha told the boy, Alice wanted to say he sure hoped he would because that's what he was doing while you were getting your ass kicked, but she didn't.

"You don't."

Billy told Agatha with a bit of a laugh, he was right, she looked like absolute shit.

"You couldn't be bothered to heal her?"

Billy asked turning to his sister, she was very much pissed at Agatha right now, so there was no way in the world that she was going to heal Agatha.

"Don't even. I'm mad at her right now."

Alice told her brother, who looked at her kind of confused before saying something.

"Why are you mad? On that note where's Valentina?"

Billy said, not knowing the answer two those two questions was pretty much the same thing.

"That would be why she's mad."

Agatha managed to croak out, using her head to gesture over to the door, where Billy could see Valentina's hand poking out from.

"Oh. I'm so sorry, Alice."

Billy apologised to his sister, but one of those condolence apologies, not realising he needed to say the other kind too, the road was his fault after all.

"Don't take it all."

Billy suddenly said to Agatha, Alice looking at him to see if the boy was actually being serious, and he was.

"You're seriously going to do this?"

Alice asked her brother who nodded before he started to blast Agatha, it took significantly longer for the blue stream to turn purple, then when it happened with Alice. This Alice watched as the stream slowly turned purple from its original blue, Alice would never forgive her if she killed her brother and Agatha knew it. Agatha gasping as the vines that had once restrained her went away, Alice standing with her arms crossed, staring at Agatha with a look that Agatha knew too well. Alice started to shake her head as her brother fell to his knees as Agatha was brought to her feet, then into the air cackling.

"It feels so good."

Agatha said as her feet touched the ground, she was no longer in the same outfit, but one Alice and Billy recognised from the fight that her and Valentina had with their mum.

"You promised."

Alice told Agatha as she hadn't stopped taking the power from the boy, Agatha hadn't promised Alice but Valentina that she would never kill the Maximoff kids.

"I know."

Agatha said as she did what she had to do to stop stealing the boy's power, Billy gasping as Alice raced over to her brother, to bring him back to full health.

"Are you okay?"

Alice asked her brother quietly as she helped the boy back to his feet.

"Yeah."
