(Lia/Amy's POV )
A couple weeks later.
Stillwater a town in the Midwest, that according to an article online grows bigger with each passing year. A new set of suburbs always popping up, and then quickly being filled with middle class families taking their own shots at the American dream. Since I can't exactly just go on a walk yet this is how I must get to know my home town, for now.
The first thing David, and I had to address was well... My double identity. We arranged a meeting with a government official, a legal team that 'past me' put on retainer, Dr. Wulf our 'family' therapist, and Dr. Hertz from the hospital in Switzerland on a video chat. I was advised to lay low, just until they can made a public announcement as to not alarm the community with my sudden presence. NowI wait for the media attention to back off.
As for the boys, they had a few sessions with Dr. Wulf to get them ready to see me again. Our reunion was emotionally charged seemingly for everyone except me. They were standoffish at first, unsure if they could trust their eyes. I'm not sure how old they were before. But they are now two, ten year olds, and not too far from reaching my own height. When David had told me we had kids, I thought I would have to kneel at their eye level. They seemed to take it decently though, both of them unable to stop telling me a million stories about things we used to do together. Now we will attend therapy together once a week outside of our separate appointments.
Tonight I'm supposed to be having my 'Welcome home party', a distraction from the recent media coverage about my return. Sitting in this basement is what I mostly do on weekdays. While everyone else is at work, and still living their lives. David doesn't want to ask me for money, and I could tell that he needed to go back to work.
It's hard not to feel like a random visitor in their lives not when that's exactly how I feel. Not that I blame them, they had to kind of box up the memory of me, and put me away to get on with their lives. I can see it on everyone's faces even when they try to hide it. Especially since I fixed my hair, it like they are seeing a ghost. Which is very... Well how's that supposed to make a gal feel?
With a few hours to spare before David picks me up I send a quick invite to Eric online letting him know that I want to play a game. Then I take a quick shower while I wait knowing he is probably out in the fields right about now. A part of me misses that quaint farmhouse, and that time I spent there as a farmhand. When things were much more simple. Which fills me with an uncomfortable guilt. I sigh heavily under the hot water.
"Shouldn't I be happier?" I ask myself. "This is what I was searching for... wasn't it?"

(Dee's POV )
Last week.
Since Dante's death, Ceci has taken the reigns, and she has let Bella run amuck racking up bodies faster than her brother ever could have ever imagined. She let Bella kill Jake, and then somehow thankfully Amy disappeared into the night.
I kept working as head of security for Ceci, keeping my head down, sleuthing online for the missing woman in my spare time. A month ago I found an accident report that was dated on the same night of Jake, and Dante's demise just miles outside of the city south of us. Then I saw an interview online of Amy still going by the name 'Lia' but with a new last name, Dunn. I knew that if I saw it then surely Bella is not to far behind.
