For a long time now, I have been working on my novel SuperZoo. I have started and restarted, written hundreds of first chapters, and never made it further. There always seemed too much of this world that was unwritten, too much that was not set down. The empty pages wanted to fill with a billion irrelevant details. The story kept getting sidetracked in my mind.
With these issues in mind, I decided to write a series of accounts of the captives of the SuperZoo. The aim of this is to build the world, to have something solid to go off of so that the next time I sit down to write chapter two, I can put words down on paper instead of staring at a blank screen trying to work out what details are necessary.
I hope you enjoy reading, and one day, if I ever finish it, you will get as immersed in the world of SuperZoo as I have.
