Cassandras pov:
I woke up and stretched yawning while doing so. Today me and Astrid were going to spend the day together.
We were going to go for a trek around the island and then sit in our favourite place which was a mountain view of the island. It was stunning thats why we always went there.
So I walked down to breakfast and Espen was there good I could tell him I am spending the whole day with Astrid.
"Heyyyy Espen"
"Cas" he nodded in greeting.
He was reading he raised an eyebrow he knows I was about to ask him something.
"Can you please look after the twins and Dag and Freyr?" I asked.
"No."
"What?" I asked
"I can look after the twins and Dagfinn" Espin said. "You'll have to take Freyr Cas I cant look after them all I dont know how you do it."
"Ok" I said Astrid loves Freyr so it wouldn't be a problem.
¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥
I put some newly made bread in the oven and Freyr woke up soon after full of energy.
Espin set the table and I found some tea and me, Espin and Dag.
Everyone sat down well everyone except for Mum and Dad. I really hoped they were going to be okay.
They had a talk with Mum and Dad The other day about being well behaved so the had to be well behaved.
"Okay" I announced. "Today twins Espen is in charge of you. Dag do what you want. Freyr you are going to come with me and Astrid round the island.
"Yay!" Freyr said.
Everyone else was happy with this so about an hour me and Freyr left the house.
¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥
We knocked on the door. Astrid opened the door in 2 seconds.
"Good Morning" Astrid said excitedly.
"Morning" I said. "Freyr say good morning" I whispered .
Freyr stepped out from behind me and said "Morning Astwid" (A/n it is said how it is spelt that is not a typo:)
Astrid cooed "Good morning Freyr. Right lets head off."
And we started our trek around the whole island Freyr walked out in front of us and I kept and eye on her while talking to Astrid.
Even though Freyr was only 2 she could walk better than a 10 year old with snacks though so I brought some bread for us to share at our Mountain top and some mulled wine for me and Astrid water for Freyr.
"Are you excited for dragon training?" Astrid asked.
"Yes totally." Cas replied.
"I wanna be in the ring killing the monstrous nightmare in front of everyone!" We both said. Then laughed.
"Okay but we'll help each other right? We won't compete with each other." Astrid asked.
"Yes sure." I said.
"Hey how about we make an oath?" Astrid suggested.
"Yeah to always stick together have each others backs." I said.
"Yeah like our motto" Astrid suggested.
"Ok what about this 'Best friends till the end, have each others back, no matter what, no matter where, always care and upon this we will always swear.'" I suggested.
"Yes totally!" Astrid said.
We linked pinkies and repeated the phrase.
Smiling as we continued on our walk.

About half way through the forest I saw Hiccup. I pointed him out to Astrid and she snickered.
"I bet you he is looking for that 'night fury'" she snickered.
I started laughing.
And we continued our walk.
"Sissy I am tired can I have a pick up" Freyr asked.
I nodded and lifted Freyr onto my hip.
Soon she fell asleep.
Astrid said "Your would be such a good mum like I can see it now Cassandra Haddock," The last bit she said while swiping her hand through the air.
"Ew like thats gonna happen, ick" Cas said.
Astrid was laughing and I started laughing too.

Freyr woke up just as we got to the bottom of the mountain and started scrambling up it was fun.
We got to the top in about 1/2 an hour to an hour.
And my... the view was stunning the sun was. shining today (for once) and you could see the sun reflecting on the sea you could see the little village of Berk to the left. I felt the wind blowing through my hair and inhaled a deep breath of fresh air throwing my arms out either side of me showing my full wing scale. I looked to my left and Astrid was doing a similar thing. I looked to my right and saw Freyr with one eye open copying me and Astrid smiling widely.
"I'm hungry now," Freyr exclaimed.
Making Astrid jump.
I got the bread out and water and mulled wine and we all ate and drank and talked for a bit.
Then I saw something shining in the sun light and scrambled to my feet and walked over to a rocky segment near the middle of the mountain top I gasped as I saw a beautiful Emerald gem Mum would love this. I could make her a necklace out of it for her birthday. So I put the gem in my pouch and headed back to Astrid and Freyr.
"What is it?" Astrid asked.
"A Emerald." I replied.
"Wow! Thats amazing!" Astrid said."Your so good at finding gems I wish I could be that good."
"Well maybe I could find one for you." I said.
"Yesssss! Thank you so much!" Astrid said giving me a hug.
"I am bored can we go home?" Freyr asked.
"Yeah sure lets head home." I said.
"Yep. Lets go!" Astrid responded.
