As Valentina was collecting rocks to bury her brother under, Agatha caught a glimpse of a figure in the distance. As Agatha turned to look at the figure she immediately knew who it was.

"Val, honey. You keep collecting the rocks, I'm just going to go talk to someone real quick, okay?"

Agatha asked her daughter who continued to pick up the rocks, sadly, she felt like part of her was missing, her other half. As Valentina continued to do her thing, Agatha stormed over to the woman, Rio.

"You have some real nerve coming here after what you did. After what you did to her."

Agatha kind of yelled at Rio, but making sure she didn't attract the attention of the little girl.

"She's actually why I am here."

Rio said, which caused Agatha to scoff, if the woman was going to take both her children why didn't she just do it at once.

"Oh you've come to take her too. You thought maybe you should traumatise her first, huh?"

Agatha spat at the woman, who looked down at her feet, she very much regretted what she had done, it was never her intention for Valentina to see what she had to do.

"No actually, I quite literally can't take her."

Rio said earning another scoff, Agatha kept looking back to make sure her daughter hadn't spotted the other woman.

"Agatha, about what happened last night. I-"

"You didn't mean to hurt her, bullshit. You took her brother in front of her."

Agatha cut Rio off as she tried to explain the reason she was here, Agatha was very much not pleased to see the woman.

"Will you just let me speak?"

Rio asked Agatha, actually sounded desperate, Agatha rolling her eyes before nodding.

"She tried to follow us, but there was like an invisible wall between us. You do know what that means, right?"

Rio told Agatha, Agatha's face immediately dropped as she heard what the woman had to say, looking back at Valentina who was humming their song as she collected rocks for the boy's grave.

"She has no soul, Agatha."

Rio told Agatha what that meant even though the woman already knew what it meant, her sweet little girl didn't have a soul. Part of Agatha didn't want to believe it, her sweet angel, soulless but another part of her realised that it made so much about the little girl's childhood make sense. Why no one wanted play with her, why people would turn around as soon as they saw her approaching, not even making an effort to be nice to the girl.

"I know what it means, Rio. I guess I should have figured it out sooner. It's why everyone is mean to her and why most people turn the other way when they see her."

Agatha said taking her attention off her little girl and back to Rio, who nodded sadly, most people could sense something off about the girl and wouldn't push past it.

"Yes. We should have figured it out sooner. I'm sorry, Agatha, I really am."

Rio told Agatha, apologising for both taking Nicholas and for the fact that she was partly to blame for the fact Valentina didn't have a soul. It was partly both of their faults and also the universe's fault that the little girl was born without a soul, they should have seen this coming.

"If you were truly sorry, you wouldn't have done what you did. Now leave, she's quite upset with you considering you promised to bring her brother back and you didn't. So leave."
