Zeo Hangar – Himalayas
Nero stands at the edge of an observation deck, looking down at his Zord below.
"Is everything ready, Alpha?" Nero asks his robot companion.
The perspective switches to show Alpha standing in front of a computer bank with several screens around him. "Everything is set."
"Good." Nero nods. "Prepare the main power connection."
"Roger. Beginning Photon Generator start up sequence." Alpha presses a few buttons on his screen and machines begin to whirl to life, "verifying main power to main control systems connection." Blue electricity dances throughout the massive body, giant metal fingers begin to twitch slightly in each hand. "All subsystems are fully functional. Power levels rising to nominal levels."
"Keep going until we have full activation." Nero orders.
"Roger." Alpha says as he observes the energy graphs continue to rise. "Now passing 80% output."
The Zord twitches as if fighting through the restraints, energy brimming through it like never before.
The entire hangar begins to shake violently as the situation develops, metal beams and other equipment get dislodged and smash into the Zord or the floor below it.
"Status!" Nero demands.
"Power output has already passed 100% and it's still climbing!"
"Keep going until we get a reaction!"
"I can't! The system can't take much more!" Alpha yells as sparks begin to fly and an explosion throws him back. "AI YI YI!"
"Alpha!" Nero rushes to his friend and sees the sparks coming out of saucer-like head. "Alpha..."
*BOOM!*
Nero turns back and sees the observation deck engulfed in blue light.
"It's going out of control. At this rate, it'll explode and take half of Asia with it!" He lifts up his left arm and activates his Omni Morpher. He quickly scrolls through the seemingly infinite number of forms until he finally finds what he's looking for. "Here goes nothing!" He slams his hand on the core and transforms.

"Let's do this!" He runs to the edge of the room and crashes through the windows as he makes his descent downwards and effortlessly lands on the Zord's chest. "Time to diffuse the situation!" He raises his tentacle-like plugs and stabs them into the robot and power immediately starts draining the power.
"Oof! This sure packs a punch! Glad I made it!" Nero remarks as he takes in more and more power from the generator. "Maybe I should dabble in Arc Reactor technology... when I feel like it."
