When a cursed technique is manifested and used for the very first time, it is rather unstable. Part of the reason as the sorcerer having the CT being inexperienced with it.

But there are times, although rare, a sorcerer is somewhat able to control their CT on their first try, showcasing their innate talent for jujutsu.

This was one of those rare time Yaga and Shoko were witnessing infront of them.

'A lion?!!'

The sorcerers exclaimed internally as they saw the being that jumped out of Kimura Akane's shadow.

Just after the Lion jumped, the shadow that had streched shrunk back to it's original shape.

'What the- is that a shikigami?!! Did it just used the shadow as it's medium?!!'

'Goddamn!! How the hell could it be summoned without any handsign?! What was the reason it was summoned?!'

The Lion, now standing with it's back on the crying woman who summoned it, opened it's eyes. It's shiny yellow eyes revealed as it's eyelid fluttered open. It's purple fur coat covering it's entire body and it's majestic mane that adorned it's head.

The lion turned around and looked at the woman who summoned it. It slowly walked towards her with it's four paws until it reached just a few steps away and stopped.

"Ughhh......"

Kimura muffled her screams as she tightly held her head with both of her hands, unaware of the giant presence which looked at her with somewhat curious eyes.

'....it...has inteligence, it's own inteligence!'

Yaga thought as several beads of sweats formed on his face. He nervously gulped down at the unusual phenomenon infront of him.

Usually, shikigami don't have their own intelligence. It relies on it's summoning user's intelligence. The shikigami only doing whatever they are commanded to do, otherwise they do nothing.

A summoned shikigami doesn't have a will of it's own. Fushiguro Megumi was an exception to this rule, as his 10 shikigami were his technique, rather than a summon.

'Her curse energy is slowly getting stabilise... Is that lion consuming her curse energy? With it's own intelligence? Or is it an instinct? Nevertheless, she's controlling that beast somehow.'

Shoko thought as she saw the Lion looking at Kimura. The woman crying in grief of losing her dear sister, wasn't able to see the shikigami she summoned.

Shoko flinched when the Lion turned it's head to her direction, looking at her directly. For some reason, it's gaze didn't seem hostile, nor threatening. It looked like it was thinking something as it looked at her.

The lion then averted it's gaze from Shoko to Yaga. It scanned the area near them for a while before looking back to it's summoner again.

Kimura, on the other hand, cried continuously. Her uncontrollable emotions troubled her, as she had realised the haunting reality of her sister.

If it were to say the least, the death of her sister and her unconsciously summoning the powerful beast, were burdening to her. Emotionally and mentally. The injuries she suffered from, leading to blood losing from the wounds.

All of this happening at the same time suddenly made her head feel lightheaded. Her vision blurred and after a while, her mind went blank. Her head would've hit the ground with harsh force had it not been for the paw that gently caught her head.
