Y/N's inpatient room door was knocked on, and when the door was opened, Y/N was seen sitting leaning on the head of her bed, her gaze was blank and she didn't move or turn her head at all, just staring ahead

"Y/N? We came to visit, how is your condition? Are you feeling a little bit better?" Lucas greeted as he walked closer to Y/N

Y/N turned her head, then looked back ahead

Lucas and Kaito looked at each other, their faces both showing concern

"Y/N, are you hungry? Look~ Sho cooked your favorite food, Chicken Curry Special~" Kaito said trying to eliminate the awkward atmosphere while opening the tupperware he brought, but Y/N remained silent and ignored him

"Y/N~" Zenji greeted with a bright smile on his face, he came with Haku and Subaru.  In Subaru's hand was a tupperware containing Japanese sweets that he bought. Hoping that sweet foods could make Y/N feel a little boy better and not be silent and pensive all the time

"Y/N, we brought you sweets. Do you want to try them? I also brought your favorite red bean and matcha mochi" Subaru said while opening the Tupperware lid. Hoping Y/< will see that sweet with a sparkle eyes like always. But Y/N's reaction was the same, she just looked at the sweets then looked back out the window

Subaru's face suddenly became sad, Haku patted Subaru's shoulder gently while Zenji just stayed silent while also feeling sad

"Y/N- Chan~~ Ohaiyoo~~~" Rui greeted with a wide smile

Edward and Lyca also walked in and they walked closer to Y/N's bed

"Y/N-Chan~ We brought you a fruit smoothies, make by fruit that picked from the Obscuary garden~ And there are some fruit snacks that we made ourselves too~" Rui said in a cheerful tone, hoping to attract Y/N's attention a little.  But Y/N's reaction remained the same, just silent and ignored

Seeing Y/N reaction, Lyca lowered his head sadly

"Hey, don't you want to try it even a bit? Rui senpai made  this smoothie and snack all day long just for you...... Just to make you smile again" said Lyca in a sad tone, he who always called Rui by the nickname Gigolo, for this time said the name of the blonde haired young man correctly, because he knew Rui really worked hard when making smoothies and snacks for Y/N, while being helped by Edward and Lyca.

Rui stared at Lyca in silence, and then returned to Y/N. The Smoothie bottle and snack package in his hand were tightly held, he was confused about what else to do so that Y/N would talk again like before

Lyca want to say something, but Edward's pat on his shoulder made Lyca stop, and when he looked at the vampire, Edward just shook his head

"Y-N~~ we came to visit~" said Haru in a cheerful and enthusiastic tone as always, Ren just sighed while Towa smiled broadly as usual

"Peekaboo really missed you~ Right, Peekaboo?"  - Haru

"Nyaa~~" - Peekaboo

Y/N who saw the presence of the Jabberwock dormitory residents was silent, but her eyes looked at Peekaboo

"I'll go call Nicholas sensei for a moment" Ren said again then walked out of the room

Y/N's hand slowly stroked peekaboo's head, then she hugged him tightly.

Haru was flabbergasted while Towa only watched with his eyes blinked a few times

1 week passed and Y/N's condition slowly began to recover, she began to be able to talk and interact again, and she was also able to do activities like before although not completely

Even so, the ghouls and Darkwick Academy staff felt that something was wrong with Y/N. Because since the day she first interacted again after hugging Peekaboo, her emotions seemed to go up and down, sometimes angry, sometimes sad, and sometimes too happy.  And her food portions also suddenly became large and she also quickly felt tired.
