Jihan was in the city enjoying his day off from his duties as a commander. He decided to wander around the food stalls to see if anything caught his interest. That's when he spotted Rover at a fish stall, talking to a worried man. "Hey, Rover, what's going on?" Jihan asked. "Oh, hey, Jihan. It's nothing big, but a close friend of mine is missing," Rover replied, concern evident on his face. "I can help you since I'm off today. What does this person you're looking for look like?" Jihan inquired. "Well, he has a unique appearance—he has fangs, ears, and a tail. His name is Lingyang, and he is a lion dancer for the Lion Dancer Troupe," Rover explained. "I see. Do you know any places he likes to visit?" Jihan asked. "Actually, yes. He likes to hang out around the Violet Banyan; he goes there a lot," Rover said sadly. "Well, let's check to see if he's there. If he likes hanging around there, that must be the place he might be," Jihan suggested. "Uh, okay, let's go then," Rover agreed..

Meanwhile with Lingyang...

"I wonder if I can take a small nap for a while?" Lingyang said while sitting on the Violet Banyan tree, reading a light novel. Suddenly, he spotted a blue butterfly. *Gasp* "How pretty! I want to catch it!" Lingyang exclaimed as he jumped down to the ground, landing softly in the grass. "Pretty blue butterfly, come here! I just want to catch you and admire you!" he called out in a soft, playful voice.

Back with Rover and Jihan, they are travelling through the Forbidden Forest on their way to the Violet Banyan tree. "I think you and Lingyang would get along quite well," says Rover. "He can be a bit quirky at times, but he's nice. Lingyang is always seeking new things to learn, and he's very fascinated with humans, so he may look at you for a bit before he starts talking." Jihan looks at Rover. "Really? Do you think we'll get along?" he asks. "Yeah, Lingyang has a strong sense of justice and easily gets angry for the sake of others. He's also quite strong, to the point where he has to control his strength so he doesn't leave marks on the ground while he walks," Rover replies, his head downcast. "You look sad, Rover. Is there something bothering you?" Jihan asks. "If I'm to be honest... Lingyang has been feeling down lately, and I'm worried it might be because of his race," Rover admits. "Hmm... I'm sure he's fine. Since we're heading there, we might as well check on his mental well-being," Jihan says. "I guess you're right; it is Lingyang we're talking about," Rover responds. Soon, Jihan and Rover arrive at the Violet Banyan tree. "Why don't we split up and search for him since this area is quite big?" suggests Jihan. "That's a good idea. Let's meet back here, hopefully with Lingyang in tow," Rover agrees. They then start walking their separate ways. That's when Jihan spots someone. He had been expecting Lingyang to be tall and muscular, as he had heard that he had pointy teeth, ears, claws, and a tail. However, to his surprise, he sees a beautiful, short, thin, and very feminine white-haired boy in the grass, pouncing after a butterfly on all fours. Jihan fell in love at first sight, but he couldn't focus on that now. He shook his head and slowly walked up to the pretty white-haired boy.

Lingyang spun around, hearing someone nearby. When he turned, he was surprised to see his long-time crush, General Jihan. "Eek! What are you doing here, General?" Lingyang exclaimed. "Why, hello! You must be Lingyang," Jihan replied as calmly as he could. "Your friend Rover requested help in finding out where you were." "Oh... didn't I leave a letter?" Lingyang asked, confused. Just then, Rover spotted them and hurried over. "Lingyang, everyone was worried about you! Why didn't you say anything?" he asked. "I left a letter; I gave it to Uncle Gao," Lingyang explained. "It seems that Uncle Gao forgot," Jihan interjected. "What did the letter say?" Rover inquired. "Well... I mentioned that I would soon be going into heat," Lingyang said shyly, turning his head away to hide his flushed cheeks. "I won't be able to stay in the city for about two weeks because I'm worried that humans might want to mate with me. The Troupe already knows what's going on, so they understand that I won't be back until my heat is over." "I thought it was dangerous to spend your heat alone," Rover remarked. "Yes, it's extremely dangerous," Lingyang replied, looking downcast. "But I'm the last of my kind, and I have no partner, so I have no choice but to spend it alone. I've been managing it for a long time, and I've had very few side effects, so I should be fine."

(This is what I have so far please give opinions so that I may improve it) nothing that sounds rude please 🙏🏻 😅
