Chapter 8

Hollie's POV.

Once it was 2 we had to go. The shoot was half an hour away not including traffic and roadworks.

"Why do you need to be their an hour and a half before the shoot starts?" I ask

"Well I have to wear makeup, style my hair, check if everything fits, alterations and be briefed about what is going to happen."

"Boring. I'll be outside the room waiting for you."

"No, come in with me."

"No."

"Please"

"Fine" we pull up at Prada and we park in my designated space. I step out of the car and lock it. Serena follows me in to the reception.

"Serena, welcome to Prada we are honoured to have you here. Who is your companion?" The receptionist asks.

"Thanks, this is Hollie." Serena explains

"Hi, it is I-E not Y" I tell her

"Ok, Ivy is waiting for you upstairs." We walk through after Serena has signed some notebooks.

"Who's Ivy?" I ask

"New personal stylist. I trust her."

"Good, I still think she is suspicious."

"What you haven't even met her."

"So?" Serena sighs at my suspicion. We take the lift and get there. Ivy ushers Serena in and I stand guard outside. I see Charlie and send a quick text to Serena, 'tango is in the chill room, I repeat tango is in the chill room. Charlie is not on his own, be careful xx.' I spot a gun in his partners bag. I knew he is out for Serena, so I try and avoid them looking over here. Charlie's partner spots me and walks over.

"Hey babe, did it hurt?" He asks

"Sorry, but your ancient pickup lines are not working." I answer.

"At least tell me if you are an angel or a devil." He holds my hand. I twist his hand punch him in the stomach, kick him in the balls and push him to the ground.

"I'm a devil dressed as an angel." I reply

"Bitch."

"Chase we need to go." Charlie calls

"Watch your back sister." He whispers in my ear. He walks off and my phone vibrates. 'Thanks for the warning, I heard bangs, what happened? Anyway come in here, Ivy says a model dropped out so they need you to model, pleaseeee can you do it. You will be modelling with me. Ok?' I answer. 'Fine but you'll need to help me.' I send it and walk in.

"Hi Hollie, this is Cassandra who will be your personal stylist for today. You, Serena, Chase and Jamie will be modelling together."

I get given a daisy vest and acid washed shorts with white wedges and a daisy chain around my head. Serena gets a midnight blue jumpsuit and midnight blue high heels and a daisy chain around her head too. We head out once our hair and makeup is done and I spot Chase.

"Hollie, just act like you are having fun." Serena whispers. I see Ivy tells the camera man about the model situation. He nods and has a word with Serena and I.

"Hollie, Serena knows what I mean when I say pose. Look at Ivy for poses and copy them. A good photo will pay you $200 so do it well. Serena, you need to stay afterwards because I need to break some news to you. Ok? Now get on there and do your job." The director says.
After had an hour of hell the job is done and I head back to the changing room. Ten minutes later Serena comes in skipping and holding a hot chocolate. She pours it in a flask.

"Analyse this Hollie, it is the 'special hot chocolate'. Serena asks

"You're in the fashion show aren't you?" I ask

"Yep I am, also we are attending a party on Friday. Also you are now a reserve model when Piper drops out."

"Get Elise to do it, she'll be thrilled"

"Sarcasm?"

"So?"

"Let's go and get a proper iced hot chocolate."

"I'm going to get a frappé, modelling is exhausting."

"Ok, race you to the car."

"Bring it on." I race out of the room at slide down the banister. I see Serena running in her heels behind me. I jump off the banister and sprint towards the door to see someone in the car. I walk towards the car and then Chase grabs me and brings me around the corner. I see Serena running towards the car and getting into it. I couldn't shout because he had put his hand over my mouth. I saw the car disappear down the road, seeing Serena for the last time.
