"Don Ravazzani and Signora Ravazzani have to be married by the end of tomorrow or the stipulations of the Will will be null."

My eyes bulged, this was crazy! What did I get myself into?! Why would Romeo do this?! What was his intention behind it?! I could not believe how much chaos one man caused me. All I wanted to do was find my sister and leave this place with her. He knew. Somehow he knew about my missing sister.

If you told me two days ago that I would be in this situation, I would have laughed. I would have said that there was no way.

I was in a mansion, in an estate in a secluded area of one of the richest parts of Las Vegas. A place that I would never have thought I had stepped into.

After Don Razzavani made me murder Diego. Egdal was horrified but weirdly she didn't say anything. I tried to explain to her that it wasn't my intention. She was livid and hit me across the face.

My investigation was not going anywhere and I was scared that I was wasting my time. Nobody was willing to help me, I reached out to the police but they shut me down.

So when Edgal asked me to return to that VIP room, the next day, where I witnessed the death of Diego, I refused. I didn't want to know who was waiting for me there.

"Girl! You better get your ass in there and make me some fucking money!" she sneered.

At that moment I wondered if it was all worth it. I couldn't deny that just remembering the way Diego went down, would remain in my head. Why did Don Ravazzani choose me of all the girls?! What was he doing?!

When I eventually reluctantly made my way to the section, Don Ravazzani was waiting for me there, smoking his tobacco. He sat there looking classy and regal with an element of darkness and danger. I looked around, noticing that we were alone. Where was everyone?! I didn't want to be alone with this man!

"Sit down Valentina," I flinched and blinked. Why the fuck did this random man know my government name?! Well, not a random man, after all, he was a don and we all know how they operated in Las Vegas.

The thing is that only Dolly and I knew about my name. About my first name. I went by Dahlia because that was what Dolly named me.

"Sit down, Valentina," he repeated. I almost shivered remembering the fact that he told Diego at the last moment of his life that he didn't like repeating himself.

The man looked every bit dangerous. He crossed his legs and watched something on the large screen. I took my sit quietly deciding that I didn't want to die today. Plus, if he knew information like my first name, he probably knew I was faking my ID and I was faking helplessness in this club. I could take off any day and leave but I won't unless I know what happened to my sister.

We stayed like that in silence, my heart was racing and I was wondering what he wanted from me. Why did he call me in here and what was his intention behind calling me by my first name?

The man sitting in front of me didn't seem like a man who would causally let out information if he wasn't attempting to use it for his advantage.

"What do you want from me?" I finally cracked. I couldn't continue sitting and waiting for him to say something.

"Patience Valentina," he muttered under his breath. His eyes narrowed. I swallowed and continued watching him with caution. I wasn't going to allow him to play games with me. I didn't know why I was so important to this man but I would go.

"I don't know you, I have done nothing wrong!"

"I never said you did, Valentina." he smiled slowly, creeping me out. Fear clawed at me. This was scary. He must want something. Why was he acting like this?! I needed to get out of this place.
