When I'm with you, my pain subsides,
A new me emerges, side by side.
Sleep's sweet solace, laughter's grin,
You're my haven, my heart's within.
With you, each day's end I adore,
A reason to smile, forever more.
In your eyes, my soul revives,
Feeling whole, our love survives.
My hands trace your spine's gentle line,
Our connection, heart and mind.
I peer up, lost in your gaze,
Whole again, in love's warm haze.
You heal my heart, soothe my soul,
With you, I'm made whole.
In your love, I find my peace,
Forever with you, my release.
