"Your ghosting your friends your family am I right" Therapist revealed "how did you know " Chaeyoung asked riddled
" this is our 8 th session I have enough known about you  honey but why" Therapist asked "I don't need friends " Chaeyoung sternly said while MJ scoffed "world is so complicated right? " MJ smiled "and what about your family" Her therapist asked "I don't want to become a burden to anyone" Chaeyoung murmured "I am avoiding getting attached to anyone " Chaeyoung mumbled "We know that everyone knows that you've started living with this pain and fear of being abonded, of being left alone it's like you are trying to leave them before they leave you because you don't want to through the pain again" MJ exclaimed

While Chaeyoung avoided her tears "cry" MJ ordered "sorry? " Chaeyoung corrected "chaeyoung just cry let it out if you can't cry loudly then how can you smile loudly " Her therapist asked "I know life has been oddly cruel to you even that this young age a burden of being an only child with the feeling of not doing enough at the same time also dealing with complicated relationships and constantly asking yourself where it went wrong "MJ revealed" When did it started to go wrong MJ "chaeyoung soft mumbled

"the first sign of your mental health suffering isn't a panic attack Or suddenly breaking down and crying out of nowhere its start with waking up exhausted inspite of sleeping 8 hrs gut problems low energy feeling lost and confused inability to sleep memory loss skin problems muscle pain self isolation fight with loved ones difficulty getting out of bed and losing friends there is time before your body screams you waited until your body failed "MJ explained "I tried my best " Chaeyoung sniffled "I know you did " MJ embraced Chaeyoung

"But I am going to get better I have to."

" I trust you. You will"

Chaeyoung walked on busy university premises feeling better ever since her last session It made her truly realize what she was dealing with while also made her motivated to live throughout the day Jungkook's words were impressed on her mind ending her up in the kitchen right in the morning trying to make her grandma's pie which is succeded her parents were taken back even Jennie who she personally delivered a piece just like he said she was trying to move on and find things to fall in love with and cooking was definitely one of them it was not easy the flashback hurted the trauma still ate her the nightmares still crumbled yet she was determined to try for her parents and for people around her

Her smile disappeared as she saw him at the university gate her breath hitched her head got dizzy rage took over her eyes as she saw the guy who became a reason of all her misery the guy who she trusted with everything the guy she worshipped the guy she talked till 3 am all night and forgot all barriers who she always defended no matter what who she admired the guy who tore her apart the guy who never stood for her when his girlfriend was tearing her apart the guy who never protected her like he promised the guy who sacrificed her to save his own skin and decided to stay under shadows when she was getting misjudged and called out by the high school the guy ruined her in the worst possible way he was the same guy who randomly pledged he loved from back of the moon and he was her BESTFRIEND that was the worst part

Her throat arched more than anger it was denial and regret why did have to do this why did he not stood for her why did he treated her  like this was choosing friendship over being in relationship was wrong what was her mistake that she never saw him as a guy to be in love with and only as her best friend anxiety took over her face and she struggled in breathing her eyes blurred her body crouched trying it's best to survive
