SYNOPSIS
"love calls when it comes".

Loren 'Lo' Rivers, is the step brother of Rosewood's known hacker Caleb Rivers. The two brothers had met at one of their foster homes when they were ten and since then became inseparable, Lo even changed his last name to Rivers so no one can ever question if him and Caleb were actual brothers or not.

While Caleb was known as the hacker brother, Lo was known as the brother who had extreme anger issues, who used people's fear to get what he wanted. While Caleb hadn't been in Rosewood since the beginning, Lo has, Lo and Caleb were forced to part ways by their social worker, with Lo being sent to a foster home in Rosewood and Caleb being sent to another town.

Lo knew who Alison Dilaurentis was, he had witnessed the chaos she created with his very own eyes, sometimes he even took part of in, he was the one boy who Alison didn't keep a secret, she didn't want to keep him a secret, she wanted everyone to know that Rosewood's bad boy had a soft spot for her, but little did she know, she wasn't the one Lo had a soft spot for, he stayed with Alison so he can stay close to the one girl he has had his eyes on since the moment he saw her.

Spencer Hastings, is the youngest Hastings, she is the smartest one in Alison's clique, and most of the time she is the only one who can speak up to the Dilaurentis girl. The Hastings girl had a very bad habit of wanting things that were never hers, such as her best friend's known lover, Loren Rivers.

One year after Alison Dilaurentis's disappearance, Loren is back in Rosewood after spending a year away with his brother, and now with Alison gone and no one standing in their way, will Lo and Spencer finally give in to the obvious attraction between them? Or because of a certain stalker and possible return of an ex-fling, Lo and Spencer's love will never have the chance to flourish?
