Arc 1: The boring cartel

Chapter 1:

A grem beast is on our tail chasing us and catching up to us in the top of Mount Everest, but I can handle this one. Wait, I need to give an introduction, my name is Beta Calhouni, I am the 179th child of Alpha Shadowlord, the former defender of this world before he died. I don't care about my father though, he wasn't there for most of my life, even when mom died. After his death though, monsters called grem beasts have been rampaging across the world massacring everyone one by one but luckily, This is useful for me as they pay for people to kill these beasts and luckily, I am one of these people. I'm not doing this alone though as I am being trained by a  man called Mac Andcheese, which I remember hearing somewhere. That doesn't matter anyways, he's nice and caring and we've been getting a bunch of dough to last months and we're about to get more as we are being sent to fight a legendary grem beast in some weird place which I forgot about but doesn't matter as we'll get in and get out with cartoonishly large money bags.

Chapter 2:

I stop running as I reached a cliff, Mac is setting up a fire as I accidentally found this behemoth. I look back and wind up my fist as I do a clean hook at the beast's face, making it explode. I then run back to Mac. "Beta, I was getting worried, heard some roaring but I guess you handled it." Mac calmly says while place a pot on top of the fire. "Yep, handled it easily. So.... how long until we reach that weird place?". "You mean Incara? We have to go a plane first, then the portal". Mac pours water and some instant mac in the pot. "Wait, PORTAL? So that's the place my dad went after he faded away." The shock on my face is quite visible. "Yeah, THAT place." Mac rushes the boiling of the pasta with grem. "There you go, some pasta, bon appetite." He hands a bowl of macaroni at me. After we had our meals we left for Alphalandia, formerly known as Mexico.
