Here, we have a drawing that I hate. It's the most recent one of my old artwork, it's also around 2.5 years ago.. here: let's discuss it

This is supposed to be SKZ (Stray Kids) member I.N (sorry stays)
Problems I have with this piece:
• Face is soooo flat. Like the nose is not even contoured properly. It was a bit better but colors faded away off paper throughout the years. The grain on the face is more a camera thing than it is an actual problem irl. Cuz I realized Vaseline was doing me dirty 💀
• Excuse me? Shadows? Are you there? I think they aren't
• It doesn't have much going on.
• I could do better with teeth and lips color.
• His clothes occupy too much of the drawing, making it a bit dull.
• I don't really stan the person anymore. I like more masculine appearance if I'm going to draw a male. Just like in piece 4.
What I like about this:
• Hair. Hair. Hair. It was my first time blending colors in the hair this perfectly. I was shocked!
• Can we talk about his Beanie? ATE devoured left no crumbs
• Color blending in the clothes is soooo good. It took like a week to finish.
That's why I put it here. Cuz It had loads of effort, but still it didn't live up to my standards of how I like my art to look like.
I don't know but I feel like this might cause a small controversy. Cuz it looks like it ate but it didn't.. do you get it? I feel like it could've been so good but it's missing because of the lack of contouring of the face.
It hurts when you spend too much time on an artwork and it disappoints 💀
