Chapter 7:I Seen Him Again

After Leah left, I received a call from an Unknown Caller. I decided to pick it up. I don't usually but...

"Hello?"

"Meet me at 9:30 tonight outside the mall. Bring money. About 5,000 dollars."

"Leah, stop messing around. You know i wouldn't bring that much money just to go shopping."i say laughing.

"This isn't Leah." the voice on the other side of the phone chuckles.

"Who is it then?" i immediately become worried.

"That would ruin the surprise." the voice says.

"I'm not going. I'm busy."

"Clear your schedule if you want to see your precious family. Most of all, Leah." the voice chuckles.

"I'll be there."

"No phones, no weapons, no cops, just you, your money, and your car." the voice says and hangs up.

That was creepy. Should I go? It was probably just a nobody wanting me to give them money. They were probably just trying to make me scared. I'm not gonna go.

"Well i got big plans today, some random phone call isn't going to ruin today." i say reassuring myself.

I go get myself dressed then i walk to the refrigerator to grab my daily apple to see a sticky note attached to it.

Okay how did that get in here. I have one of the best surveillance cameras. One of the best "home alert safety" thingy. I don't understand how nothing went off. Well I'm not going and thats final. Thats too much money. Anyway, i hop in my car to see another card.

"Cant wait to see you. Dont forget.;)

How in the world did he get it in here my car is always locked. Oh well I'm not going. I should be going to my meet and greet thing.

"Hey darling you made it!" Daniel the producer exclaims.

"I wouldn't miss it!" i reply giving him a hug.

"Oh before i forget. Assistant, chop chop." His assistant hands me a card. "Someone came drop that card off. Asking to give it to you." he said.

"Thank you." I took the card and offered a smile. I didn't even read the card. I was tired of it.

"Well, Alexis meet Romeo." he says smiling. "You will be working a lot together, so i would suggest get close or better yet go to dinner and get to know each other."

"Perfect." 'Romeo' says sending a wink my way.

"I agree." i say.

"Dinner sounds great. Tonight at 6. Meet me at the park." he says.

"Perfect." i say sending a wink to him. He turns and blushes. I turn and walk away. But i can hear him say.

"Glad you chose her. I like her."

When i walk through the front doors, "Score!!!" i do my little victory dance. Gotta tell leah!!!

I call Leah and tell her everything.

"Good i miss my dog." Leah says. Shes happy for me she just doesn't want to show it.

"I bet you miss me way more." i say.

"Mhm. Whatevs i gotta go love ya. Oh and getchu some."

"Haha. Bye leah."

As soon as I hang up, i hop in and out of the shower. I apply make up and look for the best outfit i could. It was a long sleeved black dress which fell above my knees. I braided my brown hair and put it to the side. I did a smokey eye which really brought out the green in my eyes. I slipped on some black high heals and walked out the door at about 5:30. Perfect it'll take me 25 minutes to get to the park. When i arrived i quickly noticed 'Romeo'. He was wearing a white buttoned up shirt with one or two unbuttoned.The shirt was rolled up at the sleeves, revealing muscles. He was also wearing a loose tie around his neck which didn't bother me because he looked really good. He had black pants to match his loosened tie. And his shoes were vans that were black and white. I love a man that matches. His hair was combed and his hazel eyes stared at me which made me want to go up to him and lick his whole face. Thats how perfect his face was.
