I don't own Hazbin Hotel or Wizards Of Waverly Place.

It was a quiet afternoon in the Hazbin Hotel; after the battle against Adam and the Exorcists, things began to look up for Charlie. Lucifer, her father, was now staying at the hotel to help and occasionally annoy Alastor. The hotel was rebuilt bigger and better than it was before. That didn't stop Charlie from planning to make the hotel a reality. Cherri Bomb decided to stick around the hotel for a little fun. So now they needed to get business up and running to redeem sinners.

So far, no one has offered to join the hotel even with Extermination Day being canceled permanently. That is until one day Charlie saw alive and well, Sir Pentious, and behind him was a white and pink female spider. He told Charlie that sinners being redeemed was possible because he was sent up to heaven after he sacrificed himself to save everyone. But he only stayed in Heaven for a few days because he started to miss everyone down in Hell and it just didn't seem fair to leave them. He introduced Molly who was the one that took the fall as well just to be reunited with her twin, Angel Dust.

The second Angel saw Molly, his twin sister here in front of him, he hugged her tight. They had missed each other for over the past seventy years and were now reunited. Molly had heard about the trial and the exterminations from Emily and Pentious. She refused to stay in Heaven another second; she was done with their lies. So she and Pentious both fell from Heaven and back into Hell. Despite everything, Molly told Angel she would have left Heaven long ago to be with him again. Charlie let Molly stay in the hotel so she could be with Angel more. Pentious also decided to stay at the hotel, but he only wanted to help redeem sinners instead of living there.

However, during the reunion, Alastor was nowhere to be seen in the lobby. After his sudden appearance when the hotel was completely rebuilt, he spent less time with the group. He hardly came out of his room and his sensitivity to being touched increased. It was almost like he was hiding something. But everyone mostly brushed it off as Alastor being Alastor. Lucifer saw this as an opportunity to tease Alastor and get under his skin.

Alastor didn't want anyone to know how badly injured he really was from his fight with Adam. He crept into his room/bayou and laid down on the grass-swampy side of the room. He slowly revealed his wine-red coat and unbuttoned his shirt. On his chest was a long slash mark that covered his chest that was hidden under bandages. The bandages were soaked with crimson-red blood, oozing out from the wound. He has been hiding this wound for at least a few days, claiming that he can handle the pain. But it grew more painful and annoying with each passing day.

As Alastor took off the bandages to change them, the door barged open and Lucifer's voice pinged his ears. "Hey, Alastor!" Lucifer shouted in his cheerful tone.

Alastor groaned in annoyance, he really didn't feel like picking a fight with Lucifer which was a first. However, Alastor forgot that his chest was exposed. So when he turned to tell Lucifer to get out; Lucifer saw the wound. "What in the unholy hell is that?!" Lucifer exclaimed.

"Nothing but a flesh wound, your highness," Alastor said, wearing his fake smile.

Lucifer looked flabbergasted at the wound. He pulled himself together and closed the door, making sure to lock it. "A flesh wound?! It's all across your chest! This is why you fled the fight, isn't it? Adam injured you!" Lucifer shouted.

"It's nothing I can't handle," Alastor stated but then he winced in pain.

Lucifer had seen enough to know that Alastor would never admit to needing help. Lucifer pinned Alastor down on the ground and pinned his arms. Alastor snarled and growled at Lucifer to get off of him. But Lucifer snapped his fingers and the wound was closed up. He got off of Alastor with a smug look on his face. "You're welcome ya big baby."

"Let us never speak of this." Alastor bluntly stated.

"Fine with me. Next time try harder to hide your pain from the others. Char-Char was about to go after you if I hadn't stepped in.* Lucifer said.

Lucifer finally unlocked the door and left Alastor in his room. Alastor put his hand on his chest where the slash was; he felt strange. Almost grateful that Lucifer was able to heal him from the wrenched wound. But he shook it off and just assumed that this was just a trick to lower his guard.

Meanwhile up on Earth in the city that never sleeps, New York City. A sandwich shop on Waverly Place called The Waverly Sub Station, is homed to the Russo wizard family. The three siblings Justin, Alex, and Max Russo were in their wizard lair for their wizard lesson of the day. Their father, Jerry Russo was their magic teacher even though he didn't have his magic anymore due to him giving it up for his wife, Thresa Russo.

"Alright, let's begin today's lesson." Jerry announced as he pointed to the blackboard with the lesson plan, "We'll be discussing Demons for today."

"So like Alex?" Justin joked.

Alex gave Justin a death glare then she used the animal transformation spell to turn Justin into a dog. "Oh look, now you're a teacher pet," Alex said with a smug grin on her face.

Jerry gave Alex his not-impressed look, making her change Justin to normal. Alex was always the black sheep in her wizard family. She hardly takes her training seriously, causes magical problems, and sometimes messes up on a spell. Even in school she barely passed her classes; except for art class which was her happy place. She even went to the Freedom Tunnel which was an abandoned subway tunnel where local artist enthusiasts could go and paint. Alex tried to work on her wizard studies and practice spells just to make her parents happy.

But no matter what she did, her parents only sang praises for her older brother Justin. Even when she and her brothers were working in the substation, Justin made sure to rub it in Alex's face that he was better than her at magic, school, and work. Alex would retaliate against Justin but that only got her in trouble. Jerry would tell her time and time again that she would never be the Russo Family Wizard if she continued going down this path. The only one who believed in Alex was her best friend, Harper Finkle.
Harper was mortal but she kept Alex's family secret since Alex told her on her birthday.

Jerry went on and on about how demons were nothing but evil and sinful. He covered the story of Hell and the seven deadly sin rulers with most of the stereotypes about them. Jerry then handed each of the siblings a pentagram necklace with angelic magic. "As long as you wear these, no demon can harm you. So never take those off. You never know when a demon might escape." Jerry stated.

"Dad, not that I don't like the lesson but maybe you are being a little much. I mean, maybe not all demons are monsters." Alex suggested.

That made Justin and Jerry howl with laughter. Justin scoffed, "Yeah right. Demons are just that. Monsters and pure evil. Maybe you'd be more comfortable there since you act like one."

Alex got out of her seat and stormed out of the lair in a huff. She hated how Justin and her father treated her like she was just a dumb slacker girl. She can apply herself but with Justin taking all the glory and praise from their parents, she realizes that it wouldn't matter. She locked herself in her room, blasting pop music from her radio and painting on a fresh canvas to vent out her anger and frustration. She let her emotions out in paint; she wanted to mean to someone. Maybe even have a family or at the very least, siblings who love her.
