A Change Of Heart (Hiccup x reader)

9.You know, your not bad Hiccup

I got to a tree stump jumping over it or going to then a dragon grabbed my arm lifting me up into the air this was it I was gonna die I screamed. As I saw the ground get further and further away. "AH For Thors sake AHHHHH." I tried to get the Toothless' grip of my arm but it wouldn't budge. Toothless dropped me onto the top of one of the tallest trees I grabbed a branch quick before I fell. And screamed again. "HICCUP!" I yelled. "GET ME DOWN FROM HERE!"

"You have to give me a chance to explain!" He protested.

"I AM NOT LISTENING TO ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO SAY!" I yelled back. Moving along the branch carefully to try and climb down.

"Then I won't speak. Just let me show you." He insisted.

I looked down to the ground it was a long way down.

"Please Cas,"He said then quickly corrected him self."Cassandra."

I thought for a second then pushed myself up with a grunt on top of the branch. pushing my self up to stand on the flimsy branch Hiccup's hand was out stretched towards me I knocked it away and toothless growled as I carefully but quickly slipped onto the dragons back. Now I said,"Now get me down!"

"Toothless. Down gently." Hiccup commanded. As I sat terrified on the back of Toothless. My hands in the air to not touch Hiccup in any way. The dragons wings spread out and a dissatisfied rumble sat in the back of the dragons throat. Hiccup must have missed it because he then said,"See nothing to be afraid of."He turned round to me smiling I sat apprehensively behind as he turned back around. Toothless took off at an alarming rate. "AH!" Hiccup said. As I screamed so loud he probably lost his sense of hearing.

I put my hands behind me on the dragon so I wouldn't fall off.
And I new the dragon was secretly enjoying this this was probably pay back for hurting Hiccup wasn't it?

I was falling back so instead I decided to grab onto Hiccups shoulders as he yelled,"Toothless! What is wrong with you? Bad dragon!" then he chuckled awkwardly as I wrapped one hand around his chest. We stopped for a few seconds and I felt my ears pop. "Ah he's er he's not usually like this."

"Huh just with me then." I said sarcastically. Rolling my eyes but then Toothless side bombed towards the ocean. I resorted to wrapping my arms and legs around him so I wouldn't fall off. And screamed. This was it I was gonna die hitting the ocean falling from a dragons back because of Hiccup. "Oh no." Hiccup said.

We plunged in and out o the water several times me still consistently screaming. I wouldn't be surprised if Hiccup was deaf after this."Toothless what are you doing? We need her to like us!" He asked the dragon. We shot into the air again and Toothless started spinning around. "And now the spinning,"Hiccup announced sarcastically. I started screaming again I felt my throat getting horse."Thank you for nothing you useless reptile."Hiccup sarcastically said to the dragon as he dive bombed again.

"Okay. Okay. I'm sorry. Just get me off this thing,"I said burying my head into Hiccups back terrified.

Toothless stoped and started flying peacefully.

I clung to Hiccup a bit then lifted my head up and saw beautiful pink fluffy clouds all around us. I kept gazing at the beautiful sights and I unwrapped my legs from Hiccups waist and said,"Wow!" I reached up both my hands dragging them through  the clouds letting out a giggle and we soared upside down and I let out a gasp it was absolutely stunning. Better than me and Astrid's mountain by far."Hiccup it's amazing." I whispered in his ear. And he smiled.

We came out of the clouds and I saw the northern lights it was gorgeous! We ducked back through the clouds and I saw an amazing view of the village of Berk. I rested my head on Hiccup's shoulder as we soared through the sky.
