juliet mae thornton sat in her bedroom floor a suitcase and duffle bag sprawled out with outfits pre-planned and laid out. she had always loved packing for the annual christmas tree.
well, she loved everything for the trip because it meant she got to spend two weeks at a christmas tree farm with the cameron. sarah was her best wheezie was like her little sister she never had. rafe was like an extra big brother but lately he had been avoiding everyone to go party and drink and probably do some other illegal stuff.
"you might wanna hurry we're leaving in thirty minutes," cynthia thornton's voice came from the doorway.
"i just have to put the clothes in the suitcase, mom," she said without even turning around as she began to place the clothes in the suitcase.
she heard her mom turn away and begin walking back downstairs. but, she soon heard her brother walking in her room and plopped down on his stomach on her bed.
"topper, i just made my bed!" she threw her head back in annoyance.
she did this every time before they left for anywhere, her bed had to be made perfectly or she couldn't leave.
"i'm just laying on top of it," he shrugged but really he loved annoying his little sister.
she ignored him and went back to carefully packing her suitcase by outfit. topper laid on her bed just staring at the ceiling.
