🎬 Rolling 🎬

For three weeks since the phone incident, which is what they've both decided is a funny name for it, the two of them have almost been attached at the hip. If there was a free moment in Charlotte's schedule she was either hanging around Spencer in the green room or watching from behind the camera if he had a video to do that day.

There were multiple instances where he had spaced out mid-recording while looking at Charlotte. Sometimes they were cut out, sometimes they weren't, and it was a risk he was willing to take.

A lot of the crew had noticed the increase in time they spent around one another and knew something was up. Though being respectful of their privacy they never questioned them about their label.

Tonight was the night of the party and Charlotte had grown intensely nervous as the time got closer to leaving her home. She wasn't nervous about the party itself, as those weren't a new thing to her, instead she was nervous about having a date for one. It would be different for her to go most of the night having a person she could talk to no matter what. Usually she'd hang around Zoey and Angela, as they've become a package deal.  On rare occasions she'd make her way over to Amanda or Courtney if they were free to talk.

Remembering what she told Zoey she would wear to the party she was digging through her closet trying to find one of her older sweaters, something she rarely found herself using after she moved to California. Eventually stumbling upon a maroon sweater she threw it onto her bed before grabbing the rest of her outfit.

It was a little simpler than the other outfits she had worn to parties like this but she thought that it would probably be weird to dress up for a "thanksgiving" party.

Sitting at her desk she groans at the thought of having to do her makeup but figures if her outfit is simple her makeup doesn't need to be heavy so that at least makes things a little better. Charlotte settles for neutrals as opposed to a fun color to, hopefully, negate drawing attention to her face.

Shuffling through her makeup bag trying to find her eyelash curler she hears her phone going off from behind her where she left it laying on her bed. She quickly grabs the phone to answer before sitting back down in the chair.

"What's up?" She questions, putting her phone down on her desk and setting it to speaker before starting to curl her eyelashes.

"Just wanted to let you know that I am indeed outside of your place waiting!" Spencer speaks, smile evident through his voice.

He hears a loud gasp and something getting knocked over on the other end, slightly giggling to himself, before he hears her panicked voice, "I'm not even halfway through my makeup and haven't found my shoes yet, you seriously should have let me know when you were leaving."

"Yeahhh, I realized I probably made a mistake about 2 minutes before I got here and wasn't gonna turn around because of that. I am happy to wait on you though!"

"It might be ten, twenty minutes, are you sure you wanna wait in your car?" Charlotte says, implying that he's alright to come up and chill at her place until she's ready.

"As opposed to what else?" He asks, sounding genuinely confused. He wasn't going back to his place just to have to immediately come back to pick her up again.
