This morning Rory wanted a burger for breakfast. While on the drive she kept asking if I saw Yellow. I told her the truth that I saw her last night in the game and did not add more information. She was a bit sad because she hadn't seen Yellow for weeks. While we were ordering she told me she wanted to give Yellow a burger. When we went home, I told her that she will just give the burger to Yellow, and not to bother her. She definitely understands it.

I was waiting for Rory in the house, then I heard her excitedly chanting "I want to! I want to!" So, I went out to the porch to see what is happening. My daughter and Yellow are at her porch, Yellow was wearing a yellow sleeveless top like a spaghetti top and shorts her hair is in a messy bun again she was also wearing a cherry patterned apron, and she's fucking hot.

Rory told she wanted to stay and help Yellow bake a cake. My daughter's pleading dog eyes. How on the earth will I say no to her? So, I let her stay with Yellow while I am making lunch.

After I made our lunch, I'm not sure if Yellow eats rice for lunch but still tried to invite her to eat lunch with us.

I knocked on her door. Rory was the one who opened the door for me. I ask her where Yellow. She says Yellow is in the kitchen having a phone call.

I wasn't trying to eavesdrop but I heard her say "Please, Benj give more time to write. I cannot freaking focus because you always call asking for progress every single day. If you want me to finish, stop calling and asking me every day. Thank you." Then she ends the call and tosses her phone on the counter top. That's when I showed myself

"Hey, you, okay?" I ask, even though I know she's not.

She looked a bit surprised to see me. "Hi, sorry about that"

I shake my head, Rory was in her living room "No, you don't have to apologize to me Heart" I assure her. I strode towards her and she looked like she was on the verge of falling apart. I held her both arms. "Baby, it's okay."

She pressed her lips "It's not."

"Right baby it's fucking not. Are they still rushing to finish your masterpiece?"

She nods "They are, I love writing, War I really do. I'm trying so hard every single day I don't even have a social life because I'm fucking locked up in my damn suffocating office. But now I'm fucking up what I love to do." her voice cracks.

I pulled her to my chest embrace her tightly to my arms, damn she fits so perfectly to mine "No baby, you are not fucking it up. They are the one fucking it up, never you Heart. Fuck them. I hate that they are doing this to you, instead of treating you like a fucking royalty. Your first book is a hit. You are the reason why their publishing company is standing and they are doing this to you."

This is the first time I saw her cry, I fucking hate it. She stayed silent sobbing. Rory came and I panicked inside, she caught us in this position. "Miss Yellow are we going— " she paused when she saw me hugging Yellow and heard her sobbing "— is she crying? Did you make her cry daddy?"

"No sunshine, I did not make her cry, I would never do that. But a bad person did." I explain, she walks to us and circles her short arms in Yellow's waist.

"It's okay miss Yellow, do you want my daddy to punch the bad guy?" she asked innocently

Yellow snorts so do I, my kid is very innocent. Yellow removed herself from me. I wanted to pull her back and just hold her longer, but I can't do that in front of Rory not yet. Yellow crouch down, leveling my daughter while she whips her tears. "No little sun, violence is bad. We don't hit people don't we? I'm okay now, your hug makes me so much better Rory." She tells my daughter.
