Warrick

I'm about to fetch Yellow at her house while Rory stays here with my parents since she doesn't want to go home yet.

"Sunshine I'm leaving!" I shouted from my parents' living room enough for her to hear me on the patio. She was peeking from the door to the patio.

"Ok daddy! See you later!" She says and then leaves again. Ever since my parents built her a little playground in their backyard, she hasn't wanted to come home. Except that night she was crying looking for me and wanting to go home. I did not tell her I'm going out with Yellow not because I don't want her to know it's because I want Yellow to myself today. I haven't seen her for days, my daughter had her turned when they were baking few days ago

I left my parents' house. The drive from here to our village is just ten minutes. The reason I told her I'll be fetching her in an hour is for her to get ready. My original plan is to take her on a picnic but I'm not sure if she wants to be surrounded by people, fresh air, so I plan to take her to a restaurant instead.

I parked in front of her house instead of texting her I'm right here, I knocked on her door.

"Coming!" I heard her yell from inside.

"Take your time, Heart." Then she opened the door she's smiling beautifully.

"Hey, hi" she shyly said. This woman is so damn gorgeous day by day. Her hair is up in a high ponytail. She's wearing a black dress that hugs her fucking hot body and paired it with a white snicker. One thing I notice about her is that she doesn't wear heels. I'm 6 '6 ft tall and I think she's 5' 5 or 5 '6 and it makes us cute.

"You're so damn gorgeous, Heart." I told her to pull her to me and pressed and kissed on her forehead.

"Thank you, you are too," she said. I simpered. "Shall we go?" she asks

"Let's get going baby" I agree. I intertwined our fingers while we sauntered to the car. I opened the door for her. Before going to my seat.

While on our way to the restaurant she keeps on asking me where we are going. I told her it's a surprise, she did not give up until I told her it was too bad for her. Even how cute she is I won't tell her. I parked the car in front of the restaurant. She gasps and turns her face to me while I unbuckled my seat belt.

I brought her to the new restaurant Conrad had recommended to all of us. Conrad is the oldest in our team and is married.

"Warrick! What are we doing here?" her jaw gaping and raised and curved brows

She's fucking cute "We're having a date baby," I replied

She shakes her head slowly "Nope, no, turn back the car to the house I have to change"

I look right into her chocolate eyes "Heart, you're so damn fucking fine and gorgeous you don't have to change" I assured her.

"For starters I hate you for not telling me we're going here, I've been dying to go here you know? War, this is fine dining and look at me –" I cut her words I still not leaving my gaze at her I tipped her chin up "And you are so beautiful Heart, I exactly told you to wear where you are comfortable and you did, glad you did. And this wasn't my first plan. I wanted to take you to a picnic but I don't know if you wanted to be in public so, here we are. One of our teammates recommended this place and maybe it's a bonus that you wanted to go there." I winked at her.

"Don't winked at me, I'm seriously pissed at you right now." she sounds and looks pissed but I can't help but chuckle. She shot me a glare and still looked so adorable.
